The property was conveniently located for me to get to see my family who all lived within a 15min drive from the property. The bathroom ensuite was huge and really well maintained. Laundry and kitchen facilities made the stay convenient. The kids enjoyed the pool which was cleaned during our stay. Lots of outdoor space.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, I cannot stress this enough!! They went out of their way to help me contact the tour company about my trip over the canyon, they helped me connect my phone to the WiFi, they were sincere in all their efforts, right down to the cleaning staff who were prompt and fast and just lovely!
To be honest, there isn't anything except that the location just wouldn't turn up on my Uber app, but that's more their issue than with the Hilton. I've always had a great experience with this hotel group and I have no complaints.

It was grim. Area was not nice. The room was big enough but it wasn't clean furniture falling apart. Not sure what was on the walls in the bathroom. definitely a lot of hairs. So glad it was only for one night.

“We have stayed at the Shangri-La two times previously and it did not disappoint this time around- we’ve also stayed at the palm and must prefer this area. The hotel is so clean and the staff work so hard. Special thank you to Andrew at the ikandy pool and Muhammad on the door area, both genuinely lovely and friendly people- nothing is too much trouble. ikandy has such a relaxing and holiday feel, we went most days. My boyfriend was also impressed by the gym facilities. Food at ikandy and the restaurant buffet lunch were both lovely. The ikandy chicken caesar salad is unreal. We had a room upgrade of a burj view with cake and rose petals at check in for our anniversary which was such a nice touch. Also used the free bus to the mall a few times, I didn’t catch the drivers name but he was so knowledgeable and helpful. You can get to the mall much easier this away- over uber/ taxi.”

“The property is modern, well laid out and freshly appointed. It is clean with modern fittings that help soothe weary bones after a long day on the Camino. The host Jose went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed to settle in. We were very comfortable, beds were sublime. Being 4 minutes to the main square with pubs and restaurants made it easy to refuel after the long day. Top marks all around. Highly recommended and would stay here again!”

“I like the feeling of being “at home”, the apartment is really beautiful, spacious, comfortable. The view is great, giving the fact there is not much to see. The cocoon on the balcony is the great photo-shooting spot. Everything was clean, well equipped, nearby Lidl is a bonus. Giving the fact that the railway station is literally 10 min of a slow walk - that’s the best place to stay in this city.”

“It was great. 10 of 10. It exceeded my expectations. It was comfortable, spacious (enough for 4 persons), super clean, all furniture is new, IKEA-style. Nice balconies with a table and chairs. A few minutes away from the free beach. Lots of restaurants and grocery shops nearby. Air conditioning in every room. There's all you might need in the kitchen. Free bottles of water. Electronic locks with cipher - no need to share keys among family members.”
