San Francisco, California
The location is fantastic. I loved the room. It was modern, spacious, clean, and bright. I really liked the bed and pillows, too. Views from the room were great, I could see cable cars going up and down. The gym was also good with a small but good selection of cardio machines and weights. The staff was super nice and efficient.
Elevators. This part was a nightmare, and it's the only reason I can't give 10 out of 10. There was only 1 elevator working waiting time for which was very long. When the second one started working, it often would skip floors that were pressed on and would travel to random floors it chose itself. We sometimes had to use service elevator, which took a while too and wouldn't go to all floors.

It’s in a fantastic location and easy to get to loads of other places within a short amount of time. The staff were very helpful and they have a fantastic concierge that knew everything and I’m very sure if he didn’t know it, it wasn’t worth knowing.

Perfect - needed somewhere as a base for the night. Great transfer service from airport, room was perfect for what I needed, location great, Celtic Cowboy was great for dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

The Cambria Hotel was in a very central location, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. The towels were new and clean, too. We stayed with our two children and were able to walk to lots of places.
When we arrived at the Cambria Hotel, we were asked to pay a deposit on top of the cost of our stay. This had not been the case with any of our previous bookings. The deposit was refunded after our stay.

Location is excellent, wether that's for a first time visitor or long term visitor. Staff are always very friendly and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
I have never had an issue in 3 stays.

The breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant and, even if included, you still have to pay taxes and gratuity. Also, you can only have a certain dish on the menu and one beverage, everything else has to be paid for.

The hotel is extremely dated, and rooms are looking nothing like the photos. I had a suite booked with working space. Everything was old, ripped, stained, and there was a very bad smell in the room. Staff seemed very nonchalant about it all. I rang booking.com, who helped me get a refund, and I was able to leave 1 hour after arriving.

The host Jose went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed to settle in. We were very comfortable, beds were sublime. Being 4 minutes to the main square with pubs and restaurants made it easy to refuel after the long day. Top marks all around. Highly recommended and would stay here again!”

“I like the feeling of being “at home”, the apartment is really beautiful, spacious, comfortable. The view is great, giving the fact there is not much to see. The cocoon on the balcony is the great photo-shooting spot. Everything was clean, well equipped, nearby Lidl is a bonus. Giving the fact that the railway station is literally 10 min of a slow walk - that’s the best place to stay in this city.”
