      The free drinks were welcome due to our flight being cancelled and left to sort more flights we hadto book a hotel so we could do this and this hotel was lovely, the breakfast was OK, the shuttle service was a welcome bonus as they took us were we needed to go and bring us back to the hotel at no charge but we did tip the driver, our hotel room was great it had its own lounge with a sofa bed and the bedroom with bathroom, it was noisy in the lounge as it faced the centre of the hotel also the noise of the planes wasn't great but to be fare to the hotel it is a convenient hotel located very close to the airport, I don't remember the supervisors name but she was great but I couldn't say the same for the staff on checkout day they were very rude and not helpful at all.

      This was my second trip here and we love the hotel. Room was spacious and clean, the cocktail bar was great and the staff were very friendly. Would thoroughly recommend!

      The whole place was presented very nicely, staff amazing

      we changed rooms twice first room bed wasn’t level, second room carpet was soaking wet and the had a big fan trying to dry it ! Third room we settled on air conditioner was a bit noisy and shower water pressure terrible , could do with microwave and normal kettle in room otherwise all else was ok .

      Chaotic check in, far from luxury. Casino full of smokers, which you have to walk through with your bags to find the lifts to your room. Bars in the casino are all a bit dated.

      This hotel is functional, decent, clean, the rooms are big enough, the bathroom is fine. There is not one memorable or exceptional thing about the place, but hey, it is an airport hotel. The breakfast was fine, decent coffee, scrambled eggs, sausages, the normal routine. It was quiet enough. Shuttle bus transported us, it was a shuttle bus.

      We couldn't adjust the AC temperature or fan, it blew full blast or not at all. We were very jet legged and simply turned it off.
