  We liked that there was a separate sitting and sleeping area. Being able to cook and have a parking space was also beneficial. The location was good - easy to get into downtown and close to restaurants and grocery stores and having laundry facilities was great too.

  The kitchen sink and the bath were slow draining, and the kitchen sink blocked completely just before we left.

  The hotel overall is ok, the biggest plus is definitely the location, everything is close (as for NYC standards ofc). Breakfast, as per US standards, is very good, but every day is exactly the same, so after 3-4 days, it is getting boring.

  Attitude towards the guest is tragic.. They treat you as a walking ATM. I spent over 5K USD (3 rooms) and asked for 2 hours of late check out in at least one of them - they asked for 50 USD per hour, per room (!!). During check-in, I was first from my group and wanted to pay for all three rooms upfront, as I was in possession of the company's card and already had some appointments for the time of arrival of my colleagues. So, they asked me for another 60 USD per room for paying up front (treated it as early check in, even though I explained like 5 times, I don't need these rooms before 3 pm, I just want to PAY for them). This is not what you expect from 4-star hotel, where you leave 5K USD. Tragic experience, the staff didn't even want to solve it. Policies are more important than the guest. The room was very small for 4 people and dark. Two other rooms for 1 person were ok.

  The sofa bed needs a new mattress, block out blinds or curtains are needed in the lounge room if you are using the sofa bed. The air conditioner leaked & the dripping noise was annoying to sleep. They did come & fix it one day but then it happened again. It’s expensive now to stay there. We stayed there years ago & it was much cheaper & better value for money.

  It defo needs some updating to the outside. Thankfully when you got in the room it was better. Parking was crazy, cars everywhere as they stored cars for people who had flown out. Staff not very warm or welcoming.
