Everything is perfect for a 2 star Hotel. LOVE The extra smile a kindness from The staff. The idea with free drinks and food in The evning is magic. Will recomend this to others and stay more nights in The future.
Maybe The breakfast could be a little bit better, but i have had mutch worse in other hotels.

A lovely home. Plenty of space, well located for trails and good food. We booked last minute and it suited us well for our short but sweet stay.

The roof top pool was lovely, great view of Empire State Building. Location is great for getting out around the city.
We were upgraded to king deluxe which was great. The room felt a little dated. The hotel is nice but a little rough around the edges. I would have expected a bit better for the money.

breakfast was over crowded and not enough also the the Friday. Right food food needs improvement. The shuttle was erratic on timing. Location is a little far from the coast.

No housekeeping service despite asking at reception. Toilet blocked and service team left wet towels in bathroom from cleaning up Reception staff very poor

Comfortable rest stop
The shower did not work and the tap head came off in my hand. When I complained about this, I got a reluctant “sorry I’ll speak to my manager” a partial refund would’ve been more acceptable.

“The property is modern, well laid out and freshly appointed. It is clean with modern fittings that help soothe weary bones after a long day on the Camino. The host Jose went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed to settle in. We were very comfortable, beds were sublime. Being 4 minutes to the main square with pubs and restaurants made it easy to refuel after the long day. Top marks all around. Highly recommended and would stay here again!”

“I like the feeling of being “at home”, the apartment is really beautiful, spacious, comfortable. The view is great, giving the fact there is not much to see. The cocoon on the balcony is the great photo-shooting spot. Everything was clean, well equipped, nearby Lidl is a bonus. Giving the fact that the railway station is literally 10 min of a slow walk - that’s the best place to stay in this city.”
