  LOCATION! This spot was perfect for my wife and I. We love to walk and the Marina area is perfect for getting out on foot. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes and walk to all the restaurants and night life in about 20 minutes along the marina. The place is cozy! It was easy to get in and out of. We felt right at home. We walked all over the Marina and Venice beach and then ubered down to the Orpheum Theater for a great show. What a great trip. We hope to be back soon.

  We went for 8 nights, comfy beds and quiet rooms. We had no view but that way our room was dark and quiet at night. Great central location, clean, friendly staff. Basic but good price for new york and we didn't spend that much time in our hotel so it was enough for us. Supermarket round the corner and close to subway.

  The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning meant we could sleep well. Great shower and bathroom space. Quick check-in and check-out. We went for a walk to find breakfast. We were happy to find Denny's within 15 minutes.
