Great location, close to a few popular nightlife places for students and people in their twenties. Room was nice and made up everyday. Complementary parking as standard. Air conditioning worked well. We had an iron and ironing board which is always nice. Easy check-in and check-out.

Our room was nice, a safe was provided, we had an iron and ironing board. Nice amenities in the bathroom, I ‘borrowed’ one of the creams (hope you don’t mind 😉). Complementary parking was no hassle. Pool was nice and the beach area was as expected.

While the hotel itself was excellent, I don’t think I’ll be returning to Key West. During our evening walks along Duval Street, the atmosphere wasn’t what we remembered from our last visit a few years ago. The area felt heavily geared toward nightlife and adult entertainment (drag shows, LGBTQ+ clubs or whatever the acronym is these days), with an overtly political and performative edge (“woke” themes) that made us uncomfortable. It wasn’t the relaxed, welcoming vibe we had experienced previously. Families traveling with children should be mindful of this part of town and research ahead to see if the current scene aligns with what they’re looking for.

The size of the room is very good, and I also appreciate not having a cassino inside of the hotel so it was a hit more quiet.

Service was weird. For instance, we asked for our room to be cleaned during our 4 days stay and they cleaned just one day. I feel like staff at the reception needs to provide more information on how things work when we check-in. Also, at the pool area there are umbrellas only in places where you have to pay extra to use. Vegas is hot and sunny as hell, so having no proper shade spaces around the pool area feels very odd.

No further instructions provided by the hotel staff upon check-in beyond given key card and told of the wifi password. Didn't know which set of elevator banks we were supposed to / not supposed to take. The room had the smell of smoke. The closest had an overpowering floral scent; likely from a room spray or sachet. Would have appreciated some hand / body moisturizer in the bathroom.
