  Room is big and quiet, bed is comfortable and a/c is strong. Loved the multifunctional shower panel. There is a large supermarket nearby and shopping mall is about 15min away. There is free coffee and hot water in the morning.

  Was not informed about housekeeping policy so room was not cleaned etc for the 4-night stay. No floor mat was provided but noted one guest had obtained it from somewhere. WIFI was down at most of day for one day.

  The common areas and guest facilities were outstanding, including restaurants, coffee shop, shops and even a barber and hairdresser. The pool area was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout.

  The room did have the ocean view we’d booked, which was great, but was smaller and less good than we’d expected.

  Location is fantastic. Right in the French Quarter but in a lovely and quiet street. Rooms were very clean and all facilities were amazing.

  Comfy bed, good toiletries. Decent breakfast selection that was refilled.

  None of the door keys worked when we checked in. Had to wait for 20mins for someone to make a card, then another wait to get someone to program some more so we could actually leave the room. Receptionist was polite and apologetic but disorganised.

  Location was good, the room was very nice I loved the design and decor felt really homely- also it was great we could use the kitchen facilities and the washing machine! Would 110% return if I was in the area again!! Definitely book this if you are staying in Atlanta
