      Was a really nice home away from home to stay in, the inside of the house was great and the back garden was also great, I spent every morning in the garden eating breakfast. Nice safe neighbourhood, every neighbour that I came across was lovely. Short walk away from the lovely quiet navy point beaches. Would love to return again.

      Room was small but layout was really well designed to make the most of the space available. Lots of areas for hanging or placing items even though there was no wardrobe. It was all you need in NYC if you don't plan on spending hours in your hotel room.

      Everything was great. Reception music was a bit loud but younger people would love it. The elevators were a bit fiddly and didn't work smoothly every time but mostly good. You chose to go to a room then put your number in and it said which elevator to get into but sometimes that had to be done twice.

      Staff friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and good value for money. Breakfast is included and has a variety of food, that would appeal to most people. Very quiet at night. An assortment of shops & services within about a 2 mile radius.

      The breakfast contains salty and sugary choices and is really good. The pool is nice. The environment with trees, birds and squirells is calm and relaxing. The room was big, the bed and coach were confortable. It felt comfy like home.

      The location is fantastic. The room was ok.

      In the morning, I went out to get my coffee. When I came back, my room was half cleaned, with my stuff moved around, even though the check out is at 11am. I could not rest any more as the bed sheets were removed. I did not authorize anyone to enter my room when I was away and especially not to touch my belongings. The front desk was useless. I would like to claim a compensation as I lost time for which I paid (a lot) before I headed out.
