  The simplicity of it all, this is definitely one of the best sleep stations I've stayed so far! The staff is friendly, the space is clean, I appreciated their policy on silence after 9. They have a massage couch! Which was perfect for a quick moment of relaxation after a long day. They have a vending machine where you even have locks, that is just too cool! The installations are new and modern which make you feel very independent and safe. Also... The lockers are big enough for your carry on and other supplies.

  The check in process was confusing, they need to improve the automation process of scanning and activating the service. I work in tech and it was very confusing for me, I can't imagine what it is like for folks who struggle more with technically

  The young guy on reception was absolutely brilliant. I’m annoyed I didn’t catch his name but he’s the one who helped us move rooms as our TV was broken. He was so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. All the other staff were super friendly too but he went above and beyond for us. Free tea and coffee was such a bonus loved that touch and the restaurant downstairs (and the voucher for it) is also brilliant.

  Weird smell like wet dog (in both of the rooms we had). Second room we got moved to also had a huge gap in the window where the air con unit had not been fitted properly so we could hear the street all night. Door also had gaps above and below. So we could hear our neighbours slamming their door shut.

  That the owner told us that the coffee machine in the rooms were removed as the company had told them the HAD to be removed. Later on after visiting two others we found out that this was NOT the case! It was totally up to the owner. So they are removing them not supplying coffee in the lobby and still charging the same and still advertising they have coffee machines!
