  Wonderfully friendly and helpful reception staff in busy hotel with lots of international travellers using this a start or stop point for cruises, even have cruise shuttle bus to get people to cruises. Staff exceptional. Excellent location for light railway from airport... so no real need for taxi. Centrally located for Pike street Market and easy wandering around the area. Monorail just around the corner for the space needle and Chihuly glass gardens really reccomend both. Room of an classic era but totally charming, not in bland white and curtains have patterns. Best hotel pillows ever. Can I say again how nice the staff were from bellboys ( stars for manouvering and storing cases), wonderful Robert and his lovely colleagues who were so helpful on so many occasions, restrauant staff and housekeeping. Also lemon and plain water available in lobby. This was a lovely introduction to America.Thank you

  That the area has vagrants, not bothering people but they are there and although safe in the day and in the hotel I would not go out alone at night and I live in London and would quite happoly go out in my local area. Hotel food was lovely so didn't miss out.

  What’s not to like? If you’re looking for a truly original place to stay near Yosemite, than look no further than Virginia Creek Settlement. The different cabins and wagons are amazing, all with their personal fire ring to enjoy some smores at night. The creek and different games set up on the property provide more than ample entertainment. Their pizza’s and Italian inspired food tastes amazing, so no need to venture out for dinner. Overall, this is an amazing stay that will give you great memories.

  Resort on an amazing location to explore the mountain. We got a great price on a super comfortable suite with a fireplace that really gave us the possibility to completely relax for a couple of days. The hot tub and the indoor pool with the waterfall were a real plus. Winding down by the fire on the Patio and enjoying the excellent cheesecurds at Lift were the icing on the cake!

  The staff is terrible, they do not answer the phone. We arrived 10 minutes early but they did not let us in. After we waited for the next call they did not answer for half an hour. They did not have hot water for three days, their boiler broke. They tried to fix it for three days and then they changed it. I called them to get compensation and provided a photo but they still did nothing. Terrible staff, it is better not to deal with them.

  It was a home away from home. Everything that was needed to be independent and left to your own was made available. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, I really want to point our Mentor (unsure of the spelling) really cool dude.

  The sofa was not comfortable, the small room to small to lay out my suitcase and live out of it. Not really big things to complain about, but if I'm going to reach, yeah.
