Overall is excellent, the staff were great friendly and the place is super clean - Thumbs UP Always greeting you when you walk in and out of the lobby. The staff were so friendly at the breakfast side, always smiling and greeting, which made my day great.

I wont say I dint like, I wont rather say the breakfast was pork and scramble all the 4 days I was here, maybe chicken and egg would be good. But again if this is your travellers like than stick with it

Great location, very close to good restaurants and easy access to both beach and around the city. Breakfast was functional but very appreciated and amazing given the competitive price. Would definitely stay again.

Not allowed to vape outside your room but not property's fault as think it's a California thing. Hotel provided smoking area in parking lot.

The location was convenient to get to Yosemite national park and Oakhurst itself was a good location with options of places to eat, little antique and gift shops and close to Bass Lake.

We checked in and when we went to our room, it hadn't been cleaned. The bed sheets were screwed up on the bed and the previous guests' dirty towels were on the floor of the bathroom. We were moved to another room which housekeeping then were sent to clean, instead of the original room. They were unprofessional and could be heard in the hallway complaining about having to clean the room which made us feel like it was somehow our fault. In the new room, the majority of plug sockets didn't work. The bathroom sink didn't drain, and when I shone my phone torch in the plug, it was full of food (nuts and debris). The shower was not particularly clean, with visible hairs left in there. There was a power cut during our stay, which I appreciate is not the fault of the hotel, but they didn't have a backup generator, the emergency lighting didn't work, there was no power for air conditioning and the windows didn't open for any ventilation. The key card lock on our door also stopped working, so we were unable to get into our room without a member of staff escorting us and using a master key. This took two days to be fixed. We were told that it was housekeeping upon request, but a sign in the bathroom says it would be done every other day. We asked for housekeeping and fresh towels, but instead, we were given clean towels and nothing else; they did not take away the dirty towels or clean the room. I found the staff to be unhelpful and combative when we asked to speak to the manager in charge. We were told the manager would be in on the Monday, so we cut our day short in the national park to be back in time before the end of their shift, only to be told that they didn't turn up that day at all. Also, we had to pay for parking, which is a joke when there is no reasonable way that you could get to Oakhurst without a car. Just another way to get money out of guests.
