Amazing stay at this resort - the grounds are beautiful and the staff will go above and beyond for you. We came for the whale sharks, the hotel organised for a tricycle for us for both days and the lovely Walter drove us around. Walter even came with us to the whale sharks, retrieved our tickets, checked us in, organised the go pro and waited with us to make sure we got on the boat which made the whole experience easy for us, he was amazing. The hotel organised a delicious breakfast box for us to take. Thank you so much!

We have an amazing coral reefs around 130 mtrs. from shoreline. And a huge outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant and a beautiful landscape. Free WiFi is available in the resort and a free parking area inside the property. The cleanliness, the way staff helped us and were nice, the fact that everything you need is there: restaurants, motorbike rental, canyoneering, pool and the view. The room was clean, had hot water and snacks/drinks. It was by far our best stay during our entire trip!

At the resort the rooms are fitted with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a bidet, free toiletries and a hairdryer. All rooms will provide guests with a desk and a kettle. For a Singaporean, this meets the comfort and service level that I was hoping to have in Moalboal. Most accommodations are not as modern or clean (based on pictures), which is understandable as it is a developing municipality. I was impressed with the following: - Staff are super nice and helpful. We also spoke with the owner and his wife, and they are lovely people who travel a fair bit, and have implemented high standards on their property. For example, they work very hard to provide clean water to the rooms (shower/ tap), and in Moalboal, this requires a lot of filters and hard work. - The bed is comfortable, and the area is quiet yet very central to very good cafes/ restaurants. Clean kettle. Modern TV with netflix/ amazon prime/ airplay. There is a fridge + water dispenser! Aircon is great & adjustable (and bonus that it's not directly blowing into your face but positioned away from the bed). - The compound and the rooms are really clean and well scrubbed down daily (we saw the housekeeping team in action and taking their work very seriously). - There are areas to wash down your sandy feet when you come back from the beach. - They have a rack for you to sun your wet clothes outside the room! - The laundry service is great, we saw the staff hand washing our clothes & sunning them well. - They provide great quality life vests and snorkel equipment. - The cafe beside them (westcost cafe moalboal) serves great coffee & food. - They provide very comfortable transport (via another company) to take you to and fro cebu city. (ours was a big toyota car with good suspension for the testy cebu roads) - This hotel only has 8 rooms, so you need to be lucky to snag a stay with them. They also have 2 cute sausage dogs! Couldn't recommend this place more, and of course we left a generous tip. Thanks a lot guys!

The accommodation provides room service, a concierge service and currency exchange for guests. Beautiful beach front property right next to the whale shark diving. Room was spacious and well equipped. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and could answer any questions I had. Also HIGHLY recommend getting the native hot chocolate that’s an easy 10/10.
