Our entire stay at the hotel was perfect, from arrival to the last day. The hotel is perfectly positioned right next to the beach, with a large garden full of palm trees and tropical plants and a large infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean and direct access to the beach and ocean with the possibility of surfing (or at least watching others surf). The entire complex is carefully maintained and is in line with Bali culture while on the other hand providing all the amenities of modern times. The service at the hotel is excellent, personalized. From the first day, the staff remembers the names of the guests and approaches them with a smile and tries to fulfill all their needs. We are especially grateful to Nika and Utama who made our stay especially pleasant from breakfast to spending time by the pool. The hotel is located in the center of Seminyak and is within walking distance of the best restaurants and exciting shopping (very convenient). The hotel also provides a transfer service to and from the airport as well as organizing excursions (through an agency) or tailor-made excursions according to the wishes of the guests with a private driver. Here I must highlight and praise the customer service person who took care of us from the first day and took over the organization and coordination of all our wishes. Wonderful Uma is a person from whom many other hotels should learn how to treat guests! Uma was available even when she had a day off and was our guardian angel! many thanks for all the days and dedication she showed. The hotel offers a spa and gym (although the gym is a bit too air-conditioned and cold), a couple of restaurants, one of which has a wonderful view of the beach and an unforgettable sunset. also a perfectly positioned hall for smaller weddings or private parties located above the ocean creates dream scenes. Seminyak beach resort and spa is a hotel that I would choose again for my accommodation.

    It was our 1st time in Seminyak and at the Salila Beach Resort. We were very impressed with the resort and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were all fantastic and could not have done more to make our holiday enjoyable. In particular, we would like to mention Wiwik, Chippy, Yunita(smilely), and Atu.     Found it really good value (got a good price), airport transfers and breakfast included. Staff were great to communicate with for any requests via what's app - super accommodating. Hired a pool fence for our 2 y.o. for our private Villa - they helped organise this so was stress free and I could really relax. Villa was good, a real luxury to have breakfast delivered to you. Also stayed in a hotel room right by the main pool/resort for 1 night which was great too.

    It's a beach resort with extraordinary parameters: - skilled and friendly staff - who from the very first day greeted us by name !! - 45m pool perfect for swimming - pool bar - 3 restaurants - spacious and clean rooms - luxury villas - perfect location ... every necessary thing (shops, restaurants, massage, pharmacy, money change, even a flea-market !) are in a short walking distance The General Manager Mr Raj took the time to ask personally our opinion before our leave - which without bias was excellent 👌
