A special thanks goes to the respected and kind-hearted *Mr. Amir*, the General Manager of the hotel, for his exceptional attention to every detail throughout our stay. I would also like to thank *Ms. Engy*, the front desk officer, for her polite manners, kindness, and attentiveness. My appreciation extends as well to the *Executive Chef* for the delightful variety of dishes and the flexibility in accommodating special food requests. Amazing place clean beach and pool, a lot entertainment for children. Rooms are clean and service is amazing. Staff is very kind especially Mamdouh from reception and pastry chef yousri are very kind until the gardeners and room service staff. I felt very welcome as if I am home.

Everything was perfect! Couldn’t find a fault All the staff were attentive and really friendly Food was amazing - never seen so many different honey’s, salad bar was spot on everything was fresh Gym was great

The staff treated us like a family, rooms are big, breakfast is delicious, they know so many good drivers to take you around for different tours (driving in cities or mountains/ deserts)

The staff was the best thing in this hotel. I HAVE BEEN AROUND THE WORLD and no one had the same hospitality ever like this staff. I would recommend that this hotel put the best investment in its staff to maintain the same level. I loved the rooms 114 113 112 all of them were amazing. It was direct on the sea with the lagoona view absolutely recommended to get the sea view !
