- From US$366.34 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 79 reviewsThe rooms are spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. Woke up to horses and zebra’s grazing on the grass in front of the room which was magical. There were multiple indoor and outdoor areas to sit and read, chat or just take in the beautiful surroundings. The food is impeccable with the kitchen staff aware of coeliac requirements and went out of their way to have gluten free alternatives available. The staff were all very friendly and available if you needed them, but also not intrusive. Was a solo traveller and would go again when in the area.Guest review byKatrinaAustralia

Lots to see and do around town and on the meander.
Lots to see and do around town and on the meander. Staff from most shops seems knowledgable. Most experiences has to do with food and shopping (we aren't adventurers). All attractions are quite close to each other.Guest review byGustavSouth Africa - 10.0

The drive there on a Friday and back to gauteng on a Sunday was peaceful, relaxed and meditative. The farmstalls are great stops even better than fuel stations for tasty biltong and home made food and south african made soaps and lotions. This road trip was so much funGuest review bySlosh - 10.0

It was an absolutely incredible place with breathtaking scenery. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at home because of the warmth you shared with us. You truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable – from the fully equipped kitchen to the thoughtful touches like teas, coffees, and bug repellents. Yachi, who was so helpful and kind-hearted throughout our stay. It was truly an amazing experience, and we are deeply grateful for the hospitality and kindness you showed us.Guest review bySHIVONSouth Africa - 4.0
Beautiful views and amazing hikes.
Beautiful views and amazing hikes. Road to Kamberg Valley is in a very bad state of disrepair. I found the drive very stressful on passenger and driver, be prepared to add extra time on your travel time and to be stressed out when you reach your destination.Guest review bySIDNEY BADENHORSTSouth Africa - 4.0

The treehouses are beautifully made and the detail and creativity is incredible to see. The decor is very dated and tired. The owner is not child friendly. The cost is absolutely not linked to the experience or expectation. We were hurried through our meals and lights were turned off an hr before we were expected to leave the communal area. The double beds are extremely soft and uncomfortable There is no entertainment, besides a pool table and our experience young teens were not made to feel welcome to play.Guest review byMeganSouth Africa - 8.0
The hosts are amazing and super considerate.
The hosts are amazing and super considerate. It gets really cold sometimes but there's plenty of firewood readily available, which I thought was really thoughtful which made us spend most of our evenings by the fire pit. This is an awesome place to get away from the busy city life with family or friends.Guest review byNomalangaSouth Africa - 10.0

The country-side location of Nottingham Road and its "sights & sounds" is a pleasure to experience in its own right; and this is accompanied by plenty of places to eat, with our best experience being at The Boar's Head Pub & Restaurant located at Rawdons Hotel. The route includes an eclectic range of shops where even the most "picky" purchaser will find something interesting to buy!Guest review byDavidSouth Africa - 10.0
Loved the entire property except the restaurant.
Loved the entire property except the restaurant. I would never ever visit that restaurant again. The Spa was wonderful and a must for any traveller. Horseback riding is THE BEST. Safety in the resort is amazing. I really felt safe. The children could walk around even late at night. The bonfire in the square is spectacular but more activities around the bonfire needs to be implemented, such as live music band maybe or stalls selling crafts etc.Guest review byPremilaSouth Africa - 10.0

A sleepy village off the main highway connecting JHB and DBN. Its picturesque and quaint. I never had enough time to explore the village, however, going for a jog in the morning showed me a few curiosities i will certainly stop at next time I visit.Guest review bySean SequeiraSouth Africa - 8.0
What a wonderful view and peaceful place.
What a wonderful view and peaceful place. Pet-friendly garden and very well-equipped kitchen. We had an issue with the gas system so on 2 mornings of our stay we had no hot water or stove top to cook on. This was unfortunate as the rest of our stay was wonderful and the premises were superb!Guest review byJamesSouth Africa
