We could not recommend this hotel more, the owner Berat was so accommodating, even upgraded us to a better room. Location was the best, with everywhere of interest walkable distance. Great breakfast, secure parking, balcony views, comfortable room looking out over the town. A fantastic stay.

Great and very central location that is walkable to the city center and the ITP. The facilities are incredibly clean and the furnishings are new. Breakfast has a large variety of foods every day. I don't think I have ever stayed at a place where I felt more welcome, like a family member. The niece of the owner came to the taxi stand to greet me and help carry my luggage to the house. On leaving, the mother got up early to walk me to the bus stop in the rain and stood there waiting for 15-minutes to make sure I got aboard. It was like that all the time. There's only two rooms in this guesthouse, but the level of care and concern for their guests is outstanding.

    This place was simply perfect, I cannot recommend this property enough! Staff were super friendly, and provided a valet service to ensure our rental car was parked in a safe location. The room was massive and had a superb view of many sites in Prizren such as the fortress. The location is right in the middle of town, and a flurry of places to eat and buy souvenirs are all within 2 minutes walking distance. The breakfast provided was excellent and the coffee tasted amazing. When we visit Prizren again, we will be staying here!

    We loved our short stay in Kosovo. Could have easily stayed longer, and this room was perfect. We had a view over the river, and could easily walk to the historic old town and up to the castle. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too!

    Everything was absolutely perfect. Amazing room and incredibly comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and coffee sublime. The staff went above and beyond during our stay. A staff member even rode in my car in order to direct me to a parking lot!

    It has been my 2nd time to visit Prizren after 8years (1st in 2017) and it’s nostalgic to revisit the place with amazing surroundings and tranquil ambiance. Notwithstanding the general behavior of the locals exuding positive energy with accommodating and welcoming attitude! The town itself is a treasure with great historical background and records, restaurants with authentic foods and sumptuous cuisines are indeed uniquely unforgettable moment that provides unparalleled experience to enjoy it while having the town’s natural beauty to gaze upon.

    Picturesque old town with bags of character & a good vibe.

    Picturesque old town with bags of character & a good vibe. Definitely worth the steep climb to the fortress for views over the town of the 20 plus mosques & numerous churches. Very pleasant to wander along the river & through the down, definitely worth a visit.
