- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 497 reviewsCome for the view, stay for the warm, caring staff and local food! My husband and I had a fabulous time here. Lolita and the other staff were attentive and helpful. The lifts to town were great. The grounds of the hotel have amazing plants and flowers and small waterfalls. We were lucky to be there on a Sunday and get to participate in the traditional umu feast. The nets on the windows are very good so you can have all the windows open.Guest review bymarymIreland
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.7Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 10 reviewsChris runs a well-oiled operation - everything is sorted and it's immaculately clean. The site is just stunning and beautifully arranged in the little, private cove. The gardens are lush and super well-kept. The staff are lovely. It's clear they take care of the buildings and grounds well.Guest review byEricaNew Zealand
- From £126.05 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,230 reviewsAbsolutely stunning hotel. Rooms were fantastic, beds massive and the balcony was an added bonus. Layout and decor of the hotel was equally grand - by far the best I saw in Samoa. Facilities exceptional. Location great. My personal highlight was seeing the Fia Fia dancing.Guest review byLeeUnited Kingdom

Lucy was so friendly and gave me great advice about getting around the Island. The breakfast isn’t too big - but everything you need. It’s been around for a long time, and that is for a good reason.Guest review byKenoGermany

There is so much more to Samoa to see than just Apia.
There is so much more to Samoa to see than just Apia. There are many beautiful resorts on the southern side of the island and many great snorkelling spots. 2 restaurants we enjoyed in Apia with Paddles and Giodarno's. We hired a car which made getting around alot easier & I would highly recommendGuest review byFionaAustralia - 6.0

I was only here for one night, for proximity to my early flight the next day. I would probably stay a couple of nights if returning to enjoy the facilites and surrounds. However, it is a long way from the other sights on the island like the To-Sua Trench and Namua island. The drive to those is about 2 hours on the slow roads.Guest review byKarenAustralia - 10.0

The staff were amazing from day one till the end of our stay. Everything went went well. We enjoyed our event on the second night and the food was much better compare to our first dinner. Thank you Saletoga for making our event memorable, will definitely come back and will recommend this place to all my friends and other families overseas.Guest review byIvonaNew Zealand - 10.0

Lovely place, very interesting culture, hired a car, went to swim at Turtle Bay, drove into the town to look around. Bought food at some of the local food places, but the best food and price was the resort itelf. To get around one does need to hire a car, they are expensive however. But to get the feel of Samoa, necessary. There are cheaper places to stay, it depends on what you want. A beautiful new airport complements the island, previously was a tin shed but what was lovely about that was the welcoming group singing and paying guitars. Sadly that does not happen at the new airportGuest review byCarolNew Zealand - 10.0

Great Staff very friendly and helpful. The ladies on the desk were great in suggesting venues to visit. Yvonne and her team in the restaurant were fabulous. Rooms are very clean and serviced every day. We had a great time highly recommend this hotelGuest review byJanAustralia - 8.0

There is not much to do out in this area as its really the wharf town for the ferry out to Savaii. The Sheraton was close by to the wharf and the airport so it worked well for an overnight stay before flying home the next day rather than going all the way into ApiaGuest review bySteveNew Zealand - 10.0
Apia is stuck in 70s timewarp.
Apia is stuck in 70s timewarp. Slow, relaxed, friendly with limited options for food and entertainment. We loved it. We hired rental cars which gave us more options and also visited Savaii and the southern part of Upolu. The snorkeling is great and no boats required.Guest review byglenysNew Zealand
