- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 90 reviewsDuring our road trip we made a 3 day stop in Moab and stayed at the Sun Outdoors in an Airstream. Check-in was smooth, polite and courteous. The "Airstream" was pretty new and equipped with everything you need. We also had a larger one which had 2 double beds and a bunk bed. Since there were only two of us, we had plenty of space. On the terrace in front with the Adirondack Chairs you can relax perfectly. There is a grill, which could be operated with a wood fire, which we did not use. The location, between Arches NP and Moab, although located on a road, was absolutely quiet and relaxing. If you book accommodation directly in Moab on the main commercial street, the traffic and hustle and bustle can be quite annoying and noisy. There is a pool on site, but it's very small for the complex, as lodges, RV sites, and tent sites are also rented out. There are a total of 8 "Airstreams" with the associated parking space. The "Airstream" was very clean, the shower and toilet work smoothly, and the large fridge with a large freezer and gas stove allow you to live completely self-sufficiently. Since we liked it so much on the first day, we immediately extended another day on site, since the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. "Sun Outdoors, Moab" is an absolute recommendation and we would book it again at any time. LG from Germany!Guest review byAnnikaGermany

Moab itself is a little expensive and a little crowded, but what do you expect from a town next door to two National Parks and a state park? Dead Horse Point State Park, Canyonlands National Park, and Arches National Park are amazing! If you are going to the parks, Moab is the place to stay. There are plenty of restaurants, many hotels of all kinds, and lots of attractions. Anyone interested in outdoor activities will find something to like in Moab.Guest review byJayFUnited States - 10.0
We spent one full day at Bryce.
We spent one full day at Bryce. We saw the most spectacular night sky with milky way visible to naked eyes. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. We did the Navajo and queens garden loop which was around 3 miles and covered most of the canyon. Views from Inspiration point and Bryce point are the best. Sunrise at Bryce point was amazing.Guest review bySangramUnited States - 10.0

Springdale is a very nice town.
Springdale is a very nice town. It’s clean, nice hotels and nice restaurants with good food. The bus rides to Zion from the town and the buses taking you in the park to your hiking trails is very convenient. The town itself so easy to get around by car and most places are within walking distance if you prefer to walk. The town feels very safe which is a huge plus. Great place to vacation!Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

Only stayed in Kanab for one night and late in the afternoon. Loved the Toadstool Hoodoos which is located at the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument just before getting into Kanab and it is only a 1.7 mi RT hike. Loved Wild Thyme restaurant. Had their salmon dish and we shared a delish dessert. Went to Moqui Cave. Very interesting story of the lineage of the Hopi Cave told by the employees. It is very touristy but very cool to check out and if you are into rocks, gems, Native American jewelry, it is a must stop. They have wind caves there but didn’t have time for that. A beautiful area. Reminds me of a mini-Sedona. History of old Hollywood filming westerns in Kanab.Guest review byKristin - 10.0
Panguitch is a special place full of wonderful people.
Panguitch is a special place full of wonderful people. We were traveling through here when my husband was hospitalized for 5 days. Everyone, hospital staff, hotel owner, laundry mat, pharmacy, etc...were very helpful and kind. Cannot say enough good about it. My husband joked if he were younger, we would move there!Guest review byMulkin - 6.0

The Bluff Fort museum looked interesting but it was too hot to walk around. In mid-July, there were very few options for dining, which became a bit of a challenge for my diabetic husband. The pizza from the gas station convenience store kept us fed after a long day at Monument Valley. Utah forces you to be self-reliant in every way, although the gas prices in town were better than in Moab.Guest review bySarah F.E.United States - 10.0

Hurricane is great because it's near Zion National Park and everything you can do there. We found a few great restaurants - River Rock Roasting Company's cinnamon rolls are not to be missed. We also loved Main Street Cafe. There's everything you need - grocery stores, Walmart, gas stations, and restaurants. While staying in Hurricane, we embarked on a Canyoning tour with Red Desert Adventure. It was phenomenal! If rappelling down waterfalls, climbing Via Ferratta, and zip lining across canyons sounds like your happy place, then I highly recommend it! We also hiked the Narrows. We picked up our gear the night before our adventure from Zion Guru, which has a parking lot.Guest review byDavidUnited States - 10.0
It was the perfect place for my visit to Zion.
It was the perfect place for my visit to Zion. A 20 minute drive from the park, quiet and restful after a very busy day of hiking! I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Try out River Rock cafe when you’re there.Guest review byAnonymous
