Very Clean, smelled amazing coming up the stairs, easy to get to, was able to checkin early, newly renovated, price was perfect, close walk to anything (food, shops, lighthouse), free parking, boutique downstairs and cafe. I could go on and on. I highly recommend to anyone! Our pictures were right beside the hotel we didn’t get any inside pictures but the pictures that are up on the website are exactly what you will see in person ❤️

We decided to leave the hotel we had booked earlier because we had a very unpleasant situation there. So we booked this hotel instead. What a fabtastic decision! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and the nice lady at the reception gave us an upgrade to a room with beauful ocean views. Staff of this hotel were even apologetic for the bad experience we had in the other place in Galveston. Right across the beach at a great location!

Excellent property. The hotel was incredibly clean, the breakfast was good and the gym was exceptional. I was shocked they had so many weights. It was a great surprise to get a good workout in. Staff was flexible - I was running late and they kept the breakfast station open while I grabbed something. The front desk staff was super friendly. Loved this hotel and I spend many nights in hotels.

    Houston, is so clean along with up coming business, affordable shopping with excellent service, food and sweet people. There was not a lot of homelessness and the Houston College is in a great spot with new living spaces in walking distance from the college campus. The art work Downtown is spectacular close to the University of Arts.

    Galveston is a fun place to visit.

    Galveston is a fun place to visit. Its a short drive to the Ferry to Bolivar and Crystal beach. There are several good restaurants to choose from. The only downfall is that you have to pay to park along the seawall. We ate at the Golden coral and although it is a small one compared to others the variety was still good.

    PADRE ISLAND IS A GREAT PLACE TO VISIT EXCEPT FOR THE HOTEL I PICKED. I PAID OVER $400.00 FOR ONE NIGHT AND IT WAS THE DIRTIEST AND UGLY SMELL IN THAT ROOM ESPECIALLY THE CLOSET. I COULDN'T PUT ANY OF OUR BELONGINGS IN THERE.

    I would find another Hotel if I were to come back. I did like the Kitchenette. The staff could have been friendlier. The room had a smell that I could not identify. The breakfast was good, although not as good as the DoubleTree I stayed in our first night in Houston! Could have used more fruit.

    My son and I were there attending the Anime Fiesta held at the McAllen Convention Center. The hotel was a short drive there and we could not have asked for a better hotel to stay at. Casa De Palmas is beautiful and the employees are awesome While at the hotel I had the Street Tacos and a Rib eye Steak. Both were delicious.

    This hotel I dont recommend it to nobody for the following reasons. 1. Floor was dirty with sticky solution and walk bearfooter for about 5 minutes and my feet we very dirty. 2.Bathtub in need of resurvace, rust all over. 3. Mattress has holes in various sides, worn out. 4. Roaches roaming all over the room, every time you turn the light on they scatter all over. 5. I had to check out next morning at 7 am.

    The people are always so kind.

    The people are always so kind. Beaches are beautiful waters great for swimming everytime we go! Pet friendly beaches and some resturants allow pets on patio and even have little snacks for them. Just love this island!!

    This place was sketchy. The place smelled musty. I moved up to the signature and was still disappointed. The bathroom sink was dirty. Bathroom Door didn't lock. Drawers were stuck. There was trash still in the refrigerator from the previous guest. The sink didnt have a plug

    Excellent room, very clean , comfortable bed, roomy bathroom. Quiet. Nice lounge area in the lobby. The restaurant was really great, comfortable, atmosphere very quaint and quiet. Great service and selection of good food. Would and will recommend for people to enjoy this hotel. Easy to go around in the Woodlands, great restaurants, the mall. The Black Walnut Cafe is always an excellent place to eat, food desserts, drinks. The Houston garden center. Great plants and other gardening items. Old Town Spring is a fun place to shop and eat.
