- From US$111.38 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.9Good - What previous guests thought, 2,246 reviewsWe initially contacted the resort by phone because we wanted to confirm we could bring our dog and the gentleman that answered the phone/took care of us was wonderful. When we arrived we were greeted by Dave (I believe his name was), we were a little early for check in and he was most accommodating and also very helpful in guiding us as to where to purchase groceries, meals, etc. locally. We had an oceanview room which was absolutely SPECTACULAR! We were in the "pet friendly" portion of the resort so most of the other guests in our "block" had pets and were not disturbed by the odd "bark or two". Access to the beach was great! Rockaway Beach is just gorgeous/beyond belief. I walked our dog for hours each day (both north and south) and did not run out of beach. We walked through the main street of the little "town" and all of the shops/vendors were great as well. We will be back.Guest review byO'ConnorCanada
- From US$214.52 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,006 reviewsWe finally were unable to stay at this Hotel in august because of problems with our flight out of Europe. Booking intervened on our behalf immediately and i would like to wholeheartedly thank them. I also contacted the Hotel directly and i can only underline the kindness and professionalism of the staff who and the promptness for fixing the inconvenience for us without applying any penalty for the late cancellation. Great Management and front Desk. This makes the difference! Looking forward to staying in this hotel on another occasionGuest review byChristianeSwitzerland
- From US$278.08 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 654 reviewsThe rooms are huge with sea views and fantastic balconies. Staff are very friendly, I’d messed the dates up and they helped us out without any issues. Easy walk down to the beach. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel but it’s a short walk to plenty of options. Breakfast was good. Getting the jacuzzi in the room seemed a bit much but it was a good choice, especially in early Oct when it was getting a bit cold outside. Dog friendly hotel so expect to see lots of dogs on the ground floor. Really recommend.Guest review byChristopherUnited Kingdom
- From US$764.35 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 448 reviewsThe staff were very welcoming and let us check in a few hours earlier due to the weather. Loved the fresh baked cookies 🍪 The rooms were absolutely beautiful, well set out and gorgeous decor. We used the pool and spa facility. Although power was lost at 10.30 due to a storm our room remained warm and cozy. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.Guest review byKerri-annNew Zealand

Professional staff, very friendly and helpful. Every room has been very clean and attention to detail. The location cannot be beat. We use to stay closer to downtown Florence. But Driftwood Shores Resort is now our place to stay when we visit Florence.Guest review byGenineUnited States

Great city, a bit gritty but loads to do, homeless situation is challenging like most cities. The neighborhoods in Portland are vibrant, lots of shops, restaurants, bars, food trucks with amazing food options.Guest review byGrahamUnited States - 4.0
Bend has changed a lot over the years since my first time...
Bend has changed a lot over the years since my first time there 30+ years ago. Then I would consider it the mecca of Oregon. Now, it's over populated, traffic is horrible and it's totally lost its charm. The Portland/Vancouver area has just as much to offer outdoor-wise and it's 3 hours closer to the coast, though Portland in particular has horrible traffic problems.Guest review byJamesUnited States - 6.0
The beach was nice and sandy, easy to access.
The beach was nice and sandy, easy to access. The motel was very nice with superb staff. The town overall lacks things to do. Not many options for food or activities. Many places on the Oregon coast I prefer much more than Lincoln city, but nice for a day or two at the beach.Guest review byMorse - 10.0
Always tons of fun thing to do.
Always tons of fun thing to do. The beach was clean, as always. The carrousel is a little short ride for the price, but that was another fun thing. Stores, restaurants and more all within walking distance of each other. Great family beach.Guest review bySol&LuisitoUnited States - 10.0
Hope to be back.
Hope to be back. Had a fine stay at the Newport Belle sternwheeler and wonderful visit to the Oregon Coast Aquarium. The Bayfront area was fun, especially the sea lions. Wasn’t able to hit many of the recommended restaurant options so have to return.Guest review byRobertUnited States - 8.0

Came for the Prefontaine Classic. The highlight was reconnecting with Pre's sister, Linda. Saw two world records. Seats were good, but quite expensive. Also got to visit an old friend. Overall, a good two days.Guest review bydavid petersonUnited States - 8.0

Medford itself is a middle sized city with all the stores you might wish for but not a lot of character that I could see in the downtown area. However, it makes an excellent affordable launching pad for exploring the nearby artisan colony/ Shakespeare festival in Ashland and the nearby wine country in surrounding areas. We are at Ruby's (good burritos and burgers) and Rooted (plant based delicious food). Would definitely come again.Guest review byAnonymous - 6.0

Salem is quite small and unfortunately the state capitol was undergoing building work (it's one of the main sights). Not too many shops and restaurants downtown but the ones I went too were very good. Good place for a couple of days visit.Guest review bySimonUnited Kingdom - 2.0
Nothing I did not have what I needed at hotel 6.
Nothing I did not have what I needed at hotel 6. No fridge, microwave, or coffee pot. Bad lobby coffee. I was on 2nd floor coffee was downstairs. No elevator. I have MS hard to walk. Other guests were complaining for the same reason. Thin awful blanket on bed hardly any linens. One bar of soap only.Guest review bySalinas - 10.0

We loved the Maritime Museum and the fact that you could leave, go do something else, and then come back before they closed. We loved the walkability by the water and really enjoyed the scenery. We met a nice couple, who were volunteers, at the Finnish display by the Maritime Museum. They were very friendly and informative. Our trip was short so we definitely will be back.Guest review byTeresaUnited States
