Genuinely surprised. I was a little hesitant at first because the photos looked a bit scary. But the reviews sold me. 3 minutes off the main road, it’s a perfect location. Close enough yet far enough away to be quite peaceful tranquil. The staff were so incredibly friendly. Nice big clean bed and room — great breakfast too! Would definitely stay there everytime we pass through Mbarara.

The staff are all very kind. When we checked in at midnight and needed food when most restaurants were closed they drove us to a restaurant nearby and made sure we were safe. They helped us with translating when we needed and were really helpful. The rooms are very spacey, clean and comfortable.
