We had the most pleasant stay at the Escarpment Camp. The whole team is really polite, helpful and had some sweet surprises for us. Besides that everyone speaks a really good English, inviting us to ask a lot about Tanzanian culture and life. Special thanks to Upendo, who took care of us. The room was exceptional equipped and very clean, not to compare with a regular tented camp. We stayed two separate nights - one in the regular room and one in the VIP-Room, which is slightly bigger, with an outside shower and small pool. Since the camp is erected in March 2024, everything was brand new. The food was fantastic, with a great variety, excellent quality and freshly cooked. The dining room offers a stunning view in the nature with zebras coming along at breakfast time. All in all we would definitely book it again and can recommend the camp to everyone looking for a special retreat after a long day of safari.

The location is perfect, you can watch the animal drink water from the pond. The hotel is beautiful and the staff s incredibly sweet and attentionate. Service and follow-up is impeccable. They had organized everything from A-Z. No words to describe this perfect hotel, it is really outstanding and worth the money.

we had a really really enjoyable and pleasant stay. everything was perfect!! from carefully curated 4 course dinner, to hot water shower, to spacious and clean toilets, to comfortable beds, to outdoor sofa seats with warm blankets, to a fridge full of cold beverages, to iced tea and hot towel welcoming us back after a long day of game drives, to hot water bottle warming up our beds before bedtime. our butler Tomaily was very attentive and making sure we all had a comfortable stay. they even prepared a chocolate cake and the whole team sang and dance to celebrate my dad's birthday! it was truly remarkable. big applaud to the chef too! every meal was so delicious.

Very clean, beautiful and well organized lodge in the mittle of Serengeti near Ikoma gate. Yery good restaurant. It was an great adventure! Watching giraffs from the tent and hearing these wounderful birds. Elias, the manager helped us a lot in several issues! Yery friendly, like family. We also can recommand Gamba, our safari guide! He's an expert in nature and animals. Staying two nights, this was really too less:)

We had an unforgettable stay at Kuoom – the perfect place to begin our honeymoon and experience the Serengeti. The location is incredible, with wildlife just minutes from the lodge (we even saw giraffes from our balcony!). The best experience ever. We have been delighted to stay at Melia Serengeti Lodge in a wonderful Suite which offers a stunning view of the Serengeti National Park and its flourishing wild. The establishment is obviously amazing, but it’s more than just being in the most amazing place of Serengeti. The staff is like a family which take care of you from your arrival, David L. and Fernando M. the managers provided such attention to us, we have no word strong enough to say how much we have been pleased to share those moments. The Senegalese Chef, Majid, Chacha, Dyckson, the Masai warriors, we will remember and keep beloved souvenirs of them.

Incredible staff and infrastructure, the rooms are literally in the wild around a small hill. The restaurant, the welcome area, the pool, the bar and the chalets are all top notch. Great value for the money in my opinion. We should have stayed longer. It's inside the Serengeti Park, so note the entry fee/night fee and so on you need to stay. This has nothing to do with Mbalageti, so it's not a negative.
