This was the best all-inclusive holiday, we attended a wedding. The staff were outstanding. There was not a negative thing to say. The best staff in the world, who went out of their way every day. The experience was fantastic. The hotel is not too big, but maybe that's the point. You feel at home, maybe even more than that because the staff is constantly serving you, looking after you, the hotel manager Savas goes around the entire hotel, even the beach, and checks if everything is okay and if anyone is missing something. And so on every day. He helped us with a minor health problem, but also successfully arranged a second taxi, because the first one we booked in our own arrangement for transportation from the hotel to the airport did not show up, which saved us from missing our flight. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food is good, something for everyone, there are enough sun loungers on the beach and despite the fact that there is no bar on it, they serve water, drinks, sandwiches, fruit and ice cream. The animation team always somehow manages to persuade you and include you in one of the many activities. And despite the many activities offered, the hotel is quiet so you can read a book in peace. All of this together is obviously the reason why people keep coming back here. P. S. Don't hesitate to ask for another pillow, they even have orthopedic ones!

    Such a nice hotel, with everything you can possibly need. - very nice staff, for example we arrived 15 minutes before restaurant closure and the reception clerk himself suggsted for us to have some food before checking in. - Food was delicious, with a lot of choice and sometimes some extra showfood (like freshly made sushi or dessert). - Nice, clean rooms. We stayed in the family rooms which had a seperate bedroom (Villa park). It was in a seperate area which was more quiet and had a small restaurant on site, but therefore a bit of a walk to the main hotel area. - Kids entertainment was brilliant, especially because of the staff and all the nice things they arrange for the children. With the play area and mostly safe kids pool we could actually have a holiday feeling despite having small kids ;-) - Nice and good quality hammam

    food was amazing (never ending) and the facilities were brilliant. kids loved the deserts and the variety available in all the different restaurants and the night snacks (burgers 😬) at the snack bar near the pool. pools were awesome although the weather unfortunately meant the slides weren’t always operating. the arcade inside the hotel has 2 10 pin bowling lanes with a large variety of games and pool tables. (not included in the price) staff were great, especially the 2 guys working in the arcade!!! a credit to the hotel, not to forget the cleaning ladies who always made an extra effort to be nice and friendly.

    We really enjoyed our vacation at Lago Hotel. The hotel and the area around it was stylish, beautiful and clean. The rooms were rather on the small side, but they were well equipped and comfortable, everything you needed was available in the room. The refrigerator in the room was filled daily with soft drinks. The selection of food was versatile, a lot of fresh, and it was especially nice to have fresh juices at breakfast. Pool area/beach were pleasant. Lots of activities, the gym was quite well equipped. I highly recommend. We will definitely visit the hotel again in the future.

    Initially we were hesitant of going to Side as we usually go...

    Initially we were hesitant of going to Side as we usually go to Lara however it was really good and we enjoyed ourself and would definately go back again. The taxis are expensive but other than that you can get on a bus and get to the main attractions which was useful as the buses stop right outside the hotels.

    There are nothing in Kizilagac region, no bar, no disco no nightclub at all, so if you are going to that region, you need to stay inside your hotel. the closest area that you can have some dinner or drinks in the evening is 20 kms away (20-25 min. by taxi).

    music is allowed until 3am in the morning, we were unable to sleep in our first night and we left Side right after that horrible night. crazy how a beautiful city is ruined by mass and horrible tourism policies!

    The mini bus was with conditioner.

    The mini bus was with conditioner. On our way back the journey was exactly as Booking.com predicted. Though there was one mistakes which we realised only in the airport. The driver brought us into Terminal 1, which was says at Booking.com and we did not checked ourself against the boarding card… so please check on your tickets which Terminal you need to go. Otherwise I am happy that I booked transport via Booking.com - informative, accurate, good value for money. Thanks.

    side is a small vacation town which has good, affordable and good quality resorts specially the all inclusive concept. try to rent a car and visit the kursunlu selalesi ( kursunlu waterfall) which is 1 hour drive from side. i will be back to manavgat-side

    A wonderful resort run most efficiently at all levels. All the staff were extremely helpful and always served us with a smile. Resort was very clean and well decorated. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. A good range of food and drinks were served at all areas to a very high standard. Resort offers numerous activities for all age groups. The pool was spacious and was not crowded during our stay. In addition, we were most impressed with the hands-on attitude from the top management, led by the General manager and reception team. They were there to insure a pleasant holiday for the clients; most impressive. All the staff at the restaurant looked after us well, but our especial thanks to Uhmurt Arsland, Ali Kerageld and Kadir for their exceptional attention to our needs. They were truly magnificent. Well done team. An outstanding family holiday resort in Antalya.
