Everything! I booked this hotel for my birthday as It’s been a dream of mine to stay there for so long and it lived up to all my expectations and more. The rooms and outside areas are spacious and clean, everything is tidy and the staff is INCREDIBLY nice and attentive. Ahmet was really kind since the start and kept looking after us every time he saw us. The breakfast was amazing, the simit and rose jam especially! And last but not least, ALL of the cats in the property made it even better (as if it wasn’t perfect already). Our stay here was really something to cherish forever and I wish everyone could experience it. Thank you to everyone who looked after us - Hepinize teşekkür ederim 🤍

The hotel itself had all the amenities I needed for my short stay, making everything convenient and comfortable. Its location is perfect, situated at the foot of the stunning Uchisar Castle and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Each morning, I enjoyed a beautiful Turkish breakfast that was included with my stay, which was both delicious and authentic. The hotel staff were also very helpful in arranging any activities I wanted to do around the region. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore the area while enjoying top-notch service and comfort!     It's an amazing property with extremely helpful and jovial staff. Rooms are well equipped and present you with a unique blend of modern amenities with cave enclaves, break fast spread was quite excellent, with most of the stuff freshly baked and cooked. The hotel and rooms are clean, staff is extremely helpful, and they ensure they go out of the way to make your stay a memorable one The hotel is peaceful and is slightly away from the main centre so you might find it difficult to venture out for dinner, alternatively dinner at the hotel is quite delicious and freshly made.. Mr.Burhan, at the reception services, is extremely helpful. He assisted us in booking a few of the tours at short notice.

    Mithra Cave Hotel is one of the highest point in terms of hotel location offering a fantastic view of the hot air balloon launch in the morning, however we found that a similar location hotel just beside it cost much lower having said that it wouldnt be fair to compare the rooms facilities and breakfast offered as we didnt get to try the other hotels hospitality. Finally the Hotel is just a 5 mins walk to the town, you dnt actually need to prebook your tour packages online as there are multiple agency in town that offers competitive prices which is at least a 20-30% discount if u book locally, all agency accepts credit cards cash EUR or TRY

    I feel so grateful and privileged for this one week stay! The historical setting and preservation efforts add lots of character to the place. Staff was amazingly kind and accommodating prior and during my stay. Room was spacious, furnished comfortably and beautifully designed. Food and service during breakfast were fantastic with lots of healthy options and local specialities. On-demand Shuttle service to downtown was very helpful, and so was Duygu from guest relations in facilitating cool adventures in the area.     The hotel itself is unique. You must have such experience living in a cave) I felt a bit claustrafobic because of narrow room and small window. But this was just my personal impression. Breakfast was amazing. You don't need a buffet there because amount and quality of the food was at highest level. Nespresso machine in the room. +28C water even in the winter time, my kids were swimming not only at day time but also in the dark) Location is excellent, to view balloons you just need to wake up early and go to the roof. Take a cup of coffee, sit and enjoy!

    The room is very special and beautiful. Beautiful rooftop which has the best view of Cappadocia. We came here for pre wedding photo shooting. Unfortunately, there was no hot air balloon on the day we stayed. Staffs are nice. They arranged us to come again for the photo shooting on the next day which hot air balloon appeared. They also helped with the parking.

    Beautiful and quiet place. Less busy and less expensive than Georme. Locations near Uçhisar castle is very lively but rule is same. closer your stay to main hub costly and busier it gets. Less than 10 mins drive to Georme town centre. Uchisar castle is worth visiting. Pigeon valley is 10 mins walk

    Urgup is small town but has a lot of very nice local restaurants, no chains!! A number of small shops selling local produce and the usual souvenir shops. Is you want a lot of hustle and bustle choose somewhere else but if you want somewhere a little more chilled and authentic this is the place.

    It is a lovely small town next to Goreme (famous for the hot air balloon rides and pointed rock structures) so its a short ride away with none of the hustle and bustle of a touristy town. It has many local restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, to eat at without breaking the bank. There is a promenade with on the river with jungle gyms and play areas for little kids. And fishing is also possible from the banks of the river.

    Ortahisar is a beautiful little town.

    Ortahisar is a beautiful little town. It’s quite quiet but a short taxi ride into slightly busier Goreme. I’m glad we stayed in Ortahisar though as it was much more relaxing and quaint. Hisarönü Restaurant was our favourite place to eat - fantastic food, lovely Cappadocian wine and shisha. We even got given a free slice of cake as it was the owners birthday. Highly recommend!

    The old civilization and their remains is a main attraction.. the monk valley view is good and caves of this city is lovey to watch .. night dance live show is wonderful .. u can have a green tour there if u want to explore more about the city .. and hot air balloon is one of the main attraction of cappadocia…

    Goreme is full of life and lot of tourists. The beautiful lights in the evening and hundreds of hot air ballons early in the morning is a must see. The roof top bars and the hot air balloon rides are a must! Stay in a Cave Hotel it is a one in a lifetime experience! Location of Goreme is perfect for a lot of activities.
