The property is in the university campus but is privately run. Staff was very helpful. Plenty of parking. Relatively quiet at night although close to the highway. Room is large and decently equipped. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Thai choices were tasty. Nice fruit selection. Inexpensive. Will stay here again next time. Recommended for those looking for value for money accommodation with standard services.

I LOVED THIS PLACE! it is so peaceful, beautiful and pretty and central from everything. I had the whole house for my group of 6 friends . The house was so pretty and comfortable. The service was beyond good! The house keeper was so nice to us, she always speak with her nice smile, always checking if we need anything else. I had such a lovely time staying here. Highly recommended.

    An excellent hotel with amazing staff, cozy rooms, great service, good breakfast, and a wonderful spa. The hotel was very comfortable and the rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a good view. In the evenings, we could enjoy the free spa which included a hammam, bath, jacuzzi, and cold pool - it was a wonderful experience. Moreover, the hotel was located in a great location and the staff regularly helped us with hailing a taxi. Additionally, the hotel offered a simple but tasty breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

    What a classy room, it was like a mini Palace. It had a large bath tub, large room. From the front door we had a slight view of the ancient ruins across the river but walk down the steps to the pool area, WOW what a beautiful view of the Ayutthya. The lights which light up the buildings are just beautiful, we sat there in awe. Breakfast was included which was very nice too. Highly recommended.

    Located just by the side of the river and 3 minutes walking to the railways station. The place is super cozy and the manager Helene is an amazing young lady always ready on helping the customer. Thanks to her I had a special and unique visit to the temples! I highly reccomend the place. The ratio quality/price is unbeatable.

    We were with car so we didn't look for any central location, just for quiet place to relax. The outside area is really beautifull and we enjoed the pool, that was clean and with plesant temperature of water. It is very photogenic place. Also we were upgraded to better room with a lot of space.

    Hotel is in really good location - 5 minutes walk to center and Wat complex and in calm neighborhood. Rooms are clean and spacious, price is very good for that quality. The best thing is staff - mother and daughter (I guess they were owners) were very nice and helpful. Big greetings to them!

    The temples are very interesting, and it takes time to visit at least 6 or 7. It's advisable to visit with a guide or a tuk-tuk. The city doesn't offer much else. Even the food options are limited (in July). Very good place Coffee Old City and Earthling Craft - Coffee & Bar (if you are not afraid of spiders)

    My favorite part was the garden!

    My favorite part was the garden! I loved the little rabbit and the chicken, and the garden was so pretty with the waterfall, mist, plants, and pond. The room was very clean and quiet, and I got the pool view, which was really nice. They have a lot of amenities, including a pool and a cute cafe, Moakmai. The staff were very welcoming, especially Khun Aey, who showed me around the amenities and the garden. They also served Japanese breakfast by the pool, which was a lovely touch.

    Very cultural & if well planned most areas are accessible by bike - we hired for a couple of days & did 3-4hrs each day which was more than enough to visit multiple sites especially in the heat & humidity

    The site is easy to get to just asked any taxi driver. You could wander around for hours just see everything. Maybe not for children. cost me 80baht, Thai get in a lot cheaper. They is places to eat out side site.
