we had a wonderful 4 nights in the Evelia hotel. The hotel is just so fresh, modern and pinterest style. we are so happy that we picked this hotel for our honeymoon. The beach is 2 mins away from the hotel. The breakfast has everything you need for a good filling breakfast. Big thanks to Dip (sorry if we misheard the name) , manager who made our stay even more wonderful, he is a true professional, very kind and always ready to help and solve any problem, can speak English perfectly. We stayed in master suite , it has smart TV, the AC, strong hair dryer , refrigerator and everything you need for comfortable stay. Also, the hotel offers electric bike rent , which is very convenient

The lady who run the place is one of the nicest people i met in Thailand. I only stayed one night in Samet but the spot was really nice , cheap , close to the beach and the pier. It's clean and quiet without being isolated. If you can walk 5 minutes , it's really worth every penny.

    An excellent location on the Island. Perfect for families with children. The private beach of the hotel and the color of the sea water is stunning. If you're looking for party and nightlife, don't come here. Also, I would recommend to rent a scooter, because to visit the island by feet is not possible. The people working at C Samet Beach Resort are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the beds are huge. There is also a restaurant that serves very good food. If we come back to the island we will defenately come back to this place!

    I travel a lot and this place is outstanding - the best resort I've stayed in. Beautiful villa, beautiful resort, wonderful white-sand beach and turquise water. Very pampering, everything thought of down to the smallest detail. The villa is very spacious, very well designed, the shower was a real treat. Great complimentary drinks at sunset upon arrivsl, daily afternoon tea. Nice breakfast buffet. Dinner on the beach was a great experience. Very highly recommended!

    Koh Samed has changed quite a bit over the years.

    Koh Samed has changed quite a bit over the years. It now feels much more like a tourist hot spot than a quiet island escape… and it’s still developing. You can still find only moderately-populated powder white beaches however, with some of the best local on-beach restaurants anywhere in the country. And it’s only 50B for a shaded deckchair all day. In terms of negatives it can become overpopulated on weekends, and in the high season, and can be very scruffy in places when you go in land. I still love it though, despite all the haphazard growth over the last 20 years.

    The beach was clean as was the sea, Buddies was a great beach restaurant with tasty thai dishes and great cocktails. It was easy getting around the area either on foot or the many green buses available. Great place to chill out!

    Ko Samed has alot of resorts at different price points.

    Ko Samed has alot of resorts at different price points. Using Booking.Com can be problematic. After a recent previous experience, I made sure to phone the hotel directly before the trip to make sure we were actually getting the room type we had booked. I recommend that all Booking.Com customers do this before heading to Ko Samed. Also check directly with the hotel whether your booking includes breakfast if you believe you have made a booking that includes breakfast.
