Great property 10 mins away from the center. If you don’t like noise, this is a good place to relax. Costs 85-120 thb with bolt/grab to go to/from the center. The hotel is very nice, they have a lot of rules (all printed in your room) and they hold 500 thb till the end of your trip to ensure you don’t loose the key from the door. The service is great, overly polite. The pool is long enough to do some strokes and exercise. The bed is super comfy, everything you need is in the room. All brand new and super clean. They do not offer coffee or anything else to drink or eat so you need to go on the other street to buy coffee. They open at 8.00 AM. Breakfast I have no idea where you can serve, we made some sandwiches from BigC who is next door.

Every detail is taken care of before you even have to ask — this is the highest level of attentiveness. Breakfasts are not only delicious — they are thoughtfully tailored with a personal touch. Since we stayed longer than any other guests, we were even offered a special menu just for us. This gesture deeply touched us — such a level of care speaks for itself. The hotel is small, intimate, and soulful, with a truly private atmosphere. Housekeeping is flawless — everything is immaculate and arranged with great attention to detail. The historical background of the villa adds a special feeling of connection — being here feels like becoming part of Thailand’s cultural heritage. This is not just luxury — this is conscious, refined, meaningful luxury. A rarity in today’s world. We extended our stay simply because we couldn’t leave — that’s how wonderful it is here. Nature, tranquility, a sense of seclusion and inner harmony — this is exactly what we were looking for, and this is exactly what we found. Special thanks to everyone — from the management and security team to the restaurant staff and beach attendants. The beach, the paddleboard, the instructor — everything was top-notch. I was pleasantly surprised by this little gem hotel in Hua Hin. The room was exceptionally clean and cosy, and the little welcome sign heartwarming. Good breakfast options and extremely friendly staff. Overall, a 5-star experience! There is also a good parking area behind the hotel available for guests. I can recommend this place and will surely stay here again when visiting Hua Hin next year.

I love this place, it has the most peaceful place to be. The bungalows are so nice but quite simple, but you have everything you need in there. The staff is incredible! You need a motorbike if you want to get to city centre, since this place is a little bit off. But as I said, it's amazing ❤️

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. With only five rooms, it's not too big, but very modern and has a great design. A lovely, spacious room with a large balcony and shower overlooking the sea. The rooftop pool is also very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

    Nice relaxed sea side town. Got everything you need on a holiday nice restaurants bars, and hire a car go exploring down south, take the kids to the water park, or wake boarding. Best of all the beach.

    The rooms are way more bigger than other hotels with the...

    The rooms are way more bigger than other hotels with the same, if not more, price. It's really quiet and breezy with occasional train passing by (but it was fun to hear it). The only downside is, I ticked for a sea view but we were placed somewhere else were we see trees and garage. The view right outside the room's front door is okay though as you can see the front of the hotel and mountain view.

    as most places in Thailand at the moment its dead, very few people on the beach, we visited many beaches close by and far away but its the same if you like being alone with miles of white sandy beaches then this is for you, if you want the hum of people maybe come high season you might get it

    Hua Hin has a tourist scene but is way more laid back than...

    Hua Hin has a tourist scene but is way more laid back than places like Pattaya or Phuket. The beach is nice and not full of hockers and hustlers. It's clean, the waves are small (so it's better for swimming than for surfing) and the people are friendly. It's across the water from Pattaya and Bangkok is in the middle if traveling by land, so it's not a far or difficult place to get to from the Capital City.
