Really good services available within the hotel. A few times, the receptions was told about some issues to be addressed and they resolved as quickly as possible. Also the cleanliness of the hotel was amazing, couldn’t actually fault the hotel. The staff at reception also allowed us to check in earlier than we were supposed to after long travels it felt good to be able to rest. Room 426 & 430! Fresh flowers on entrance are uplifting. The smell around the hotel was also amazing, out of this world. Location is also great, central and a few steps away from food courts with variety of foods to enjoy.

It is difficult to find words to describe the attitude of the hotel staff towards the guests. Location, cleanliness, spaciousness: befitting a 5-star hotel, and not to mention the breakfast, fantastic value for money.     We stayed at this place for diving, just for one night. Pricing was reasonable, SAR 420 for one night, 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 triple). Some staff are exceptionally helpful some of exceptionally unhelpful and miserable. Wifi is awful across the premises. The place is clean, spacious. We had 3 AC unit in the room, one was very loud the other two not so bad. There can be lots of noise from stray dogs outside through the night.

    Madinah al Munawwarah is the best and the most peaceful city in the world, travelled alot of global cities with no match to it when it comes to your mental peace and the friendliness of the people of this city. Shopping, food, activities like the museum, the city tour bus, malls nearby haram and especially the small shops spread across the city, the hospitality & humility of the Madinians is outrageous. The moment u enter the city, it gives you peaceful vibes. Highly recommended "MUST" place to visit.

    We came basically on the trail of Lawrence of Arabia, we were lucky to stay at Retaj Hotel close to the harbor and old quarter that we could easily walk to it as much as we wanted. However it was mid June during Eid ul Adha, shops and visitors attractions were closed, the city was quiet, and the heat and humidity kept us indoors most of our three day visit. Still it was fascinating to be in the city at this time, we didn't see much of Yanbu to make a judgement but we were grateful to make it, as it was our jump off point onwards to Umluj as well. The Yanbu Airport, by the way, was very impressive, and I love the long avenue of fire trees out to the highway. Neat and green landscaping made a great impression for us first time visitors. All in all a memorable visit to this part of Saudi Arabia, before we final exit as expats to start our retirement.

    The ambience of this city is unique.

    The ambience of this city is unique. You probably haven't seen anything like it. Neat, quiet, clean city surrounded by rocky mountains. Lots of historical places to visit - elephant rock, old town, moraya, Hegra, all amazing, picturesque places, like from a storybook. I travelled for a marathon and the route was breath-taking.

    A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a nice new neighbourhood close to Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment had its own designated parking and was around 10 - 15 minutes drive to Masjid e Nabwi by car. The owner a was a polite gentlemen who took us through the apartment before handing over the keys to us. The apartment also had a massage chair and had everything that you may require including a stacked fridge, an iron and iron board, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and washing machine etc. A definite value for money for 4 - 5 people and highly recommended.

    I stayed 2nd time in this facility.

    I stayed 2nd time in this facility. Last time I gave overall rating 5. But this round my over all experience was good and I gave Rating 8 They improved a lot as compare to last time. I recommend this facility if you are visiting Madinah for any purpose . It is not far from Masjid Al Nabawi hardly 20-25 min walk and you can go by car also.

    The residence was beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The room was spacious and featured a cozy Arabic sitting area (majlis), adding a traditional touch. The furniture was plentiful, offering ample storage space for your belongings, and was of excellent quality. The room also included a desk, providing additional convenience. Overall, it offered great value for money.

    Just wanted to add, if possible, to fix the location on booking.com. when I shared the location with the driver through booking.com it took us to another location and had to search again in google. and to also, if possible, to fix the name of the hotel in English. it's not matching the Arabic which was the reason of the confusion in the location.     The name is Medina tl Nabi meaning city of Prophet.

    The name is Medina tl Nabi meaning city of Prophet. Centre stage is Prophet's mosque. Best place in whole of the world. Romansia is a very good place to eat though there are others equally good. This a very busy place so better to visit in times when there are no holidays to dodge the congestion of people. Very easy to move about. The downside is too many beggars in disguise.

    Getting there by car is a long journey from Riyadh. The city has some well developed areas by the royal commission. Those areas are beautiful and clean and well maintained. Rest of the city is very simple and basic. Waterfronts are good and beaches are clean.
