We liked this hotel so much we stayed an extra night! The customer service from the staff is the best I have ever experienced in a hotel! Before you arrive you get added into a whats app group with all the staff. Anything you need, you msg/leave a voice note in the group, and they deal with it within seconds!

The front desk staff assisted me in resolving a variety of issues, such as not carrying enough cash, not having a local contact in Pakistan, and not knowing where to find quality bookstores, among others. Mirza Aslam and Asid from house keeping, Ammad Front office manager, Zeeshan the luggage boy all were exceptional and taken the service standard to another level.     If you're travelling to Karachi or from Karachi perfect spot to stay over with your family 30 Kms from national highway at shikarpur bypass and if you're travelling from Karachi Qazi Ahmed bypass is the best way to get here
