For the money we paid it is just super lux hotel :) Hot water, beautiful clean room, gym, good breakfast, complimentary transfer from the airport. The staff was so helpful. We left a part of our luggage for almost 2 weeks, they booked us a massage and answered all our questions. Thank you so much for the perfect stay

Staffs are friendly & accomodating. Helped me out to order taxi in Grab App. And most of all they are PET FRIENDLY. I roamed around at night after check-in i found bowls for food & water. Bless you always. The unit is spotless. I can recommend Blue Tulip to my friends who will travel to Cebu.

    The staff are the best part. Other resorts I've been too the staff are polite and helpful. But here they are extra attentive and truly friendly. Not only did the staff from crimzone the kids play area make the effort to learn my son's name and greet him wherever they met him in the resort. But other staff at the breakfast restaurants and elsewhere did the same. It was the first time that I felt I needed to say goodbye to individual staff members and truly thank them for the great experience they gave us before we left. I especially want to call out crimzone play area staff like Mihl, Pat, and others that made my son's and others kids have an extra special time. Beyond the great staff the food is also well done. Breakfast was also a delight and Enye was our favorite restaurant for dinner. The grounds of the resort are very well maintained with beautiful tropical plants wherever you go. Nice to walk around to absorb the atmosphere.

    Costabella is located in a beautiful location with everything in one place - private beach, pools, restaurant, spa, gym, and guest services to help plan your trips. We were really surprised by how beautiful the resort was for the value we paid. We enjoyed everything from the welcome process, the room, the restaurant, the beach, the pool, the service (!!!!), the amazing breakfast, literally enjoyed everything. My partner and I stayed in Cebu for 4 days which was enough time to do all the touristic attractions, but we definitely would've liked to stay a day or two more to enjoy the resort. Definitely would love to come back! Thank you all for contributing to our amazing Cebu trip! Tip: would definitely recommend renting your own boat and visiting 3 islands of your choice through the hotel!

    The idea to have a large area with the lagoons in the middle is really good. It makes space for everyone. Ideal if you don't want to be in a crowd.     More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT...

    More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT Park area. I really did not enjoy IT Park because it was just a big mall area with businesses and restaurants and a lot of congestion and noise. The Pusok area was much quieter. More locals which I enjoy interacting with. Easier to get around. There is a mall area but it is not as big or nice as other malls in Cebu City. But I was able to find everything I needed. Some shops close a bit early though. When I return to Cebu City I will probably stay in this area again. I like how close it is to the airport because the ridiculous traffic in Cebu City concerns me when I need to get to the airport. I think the cost of lodging is more affordable in this area. I was always able to get a Grab taxi when I needed it.

    The community is great.

    The community is great. They have a convenience store easy access. The building staff are friendly. They also have a gym. For long term stay and traveling I would recommend this stay to get to know the locals. Great place and a value for money

    There are so many better places in S/E Asia to go for a nice time at the beach. Mactan is not one of them. I went for the IronMan and would never go for vacation there. Very poor availability of night life, sea and beach are mediocre.

    There are tons of great parts of Cebu.

    There are tons of great parts of Cebu. Lapu Lapu / Mactan is one of many. So much to do, at all levels. Whether you're all high-end, seek to be one of the locals, or want a taste of everything, Lapu Lapu City has you covered. Beaches (of course), city/town life, great food options all around you, great activities for fun & activities, and easy to get around. Not to mention, greater Cebu City is just a stone's throw away.

    Spacious studio, very clean and fast internet, 55-inch smart TV, fully equipped kitchen. A restaurant downstairs or walk 5 minutes. easy access to transport, Tricycle, taxi, bus. laundry and convenience store downstairs. easy transport to most attractions in Cebu City or resorts in Mactan. There is a Starbucks and mall close by with an easy walk.

    Stay at another Condo the previous night.

    Stay at another Condo the previous night. That one was a 9 out of 10. That had a far better bed, nice fridge freezer, microwave, lots of utensils, glasses, crockery and working WiFi. This one sadly did not. Best 2 out of 10. Would not recommend.

    We went to Mactan for a wedding and caught a 'Grab' taxi...

    We went to Mactan for a wedding and caught a 'Grab' taxi from the airport to the accommodation for about A$15. We had a room with a view to the sea, but could also see the housing of the locals, which contrasted to the fancy hotels - so sad to see the living conditions of locals. The area where we stayed was rather quiet and was safe for walking without too much traffic.
