Hotel was very convenient! It was walking distance to the malls. Hotel is a bit old but still well maintained and the staff are always consistently cleaning. They have a small breakfast buffet every morning and the food was very good. I really loved how they provide airport transfers

    The staff are the best part. Other resorts I've been too the staff are polite and helpful. But here they are extra attentive and truly friendly. Not only did the staff from crimzone the kids play area make the effort to learn my son's name and greet him wherever they met him in the resort. But other staff at the breakfast restaurants and elsewhere did the same. It was the first time that I felt I needed to say goodbye to individual staff members and truly thank them for the great experience they gave us before we left. I especially want to call out crimzone play area staff like Mihl, Pat, and others that made my son's and others kids have an extra special time. Beyond the great staff the food is also well done. Breakfast was also a delight and Enye was our favorite restaurant for dinner. The grounds of the resort are very well maintained with beautiful tropical plants wherever you go. Nice to walk around to absorb the atmosphere.

    I like the service of the staff. They were all very courteous, helpful and friendly. I like the room. It was spacious and had the things I needed. I requested for an iron and they brought it in my room. It cost me $2 to use it. The location was great. Right across 7/11. It's just 2 min walk from McDonald's and about 5 min from Jolibee. There are plenty of places to eat at Al Fresco Market which is also less than 5 min walk from the hotel. It's also next to the bus stop going to Cebu City center if you want to ride public transportation. Otherwise, it's easy to get a taxi or Grab since it's along a major street.

    location is in the new city which is more clean and nice. around 10 min walk from the beach. next to hotel a lot of supermarkets, restaurants etc. room was not so big, just enough to put a luggage and move around. view from the room is nice as well - partial sea. breakfast has a big variety of the food. definitely will stay again

    More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT...

    More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT Park area. I really did not enjoy IT Park because it was just a big mall area with businesses and restaurants and a lot of congestion and noise. The Pusok area was much quieter. More locals which I enjoy interacting with. Easier to get around. There is a mall area but it is not as big or nice as other malls in Cebu City. But I was able to find everything I needed. Some shops close a bit early though. When I return to Cebu City I will probably stay in this area again. I like how close it is to the airport because the ridiculous traffic in Cebu City concerns me when I need to get to the airport. I think the cost of lodging is more affordable in this area. I was always able to get a Grab taxi when I needed it.

    The community is great.

    The community is great. They have a convenience store easy access. The building staff are friendly. They also have a gym. For long term stay and traveling I would recommend this stay to get to know the locals. Great place and a value for money

    There are so many better places in S/E Asia to go for a nice time at the beach. Mactan is not one of them. I went for the IronMan and would never go for vacation there. Very poor availability of night life, sea and beach are mediocre.

    There are tons of great parts of Cebu.

    There are tons of great parts of Cebu. Lapu Lapu / Mactan is one of many. So much to do, at all levels. Whether you're all high-end, seek to be one of the locals, or want a taste of everything, Lapu Lapu City has you covered. Beaches (of course), city/town life, great food options all around you, great activities for fun & activities, and easy to get around. Not to mention, greater Cebu City is just a stone's throw away.

A restaurant downstairs or walk 5 minutes. easy access to transport, Tricycle, taxi, bus. laundry and convenience store downstairs. easy transport to most attractions in Cebu City or resorts in Mactan. There is a Starbucks and mall close by with an easy walk.

    Stay at another Condo the previous night.

    Stay at another Condo the previous night. That one was a 9 out of 10. That had a far better bed, nice fridge freezer, microwave, lots of utensils, glasses, crockery and working WiFi. This one sadly did not. Best 2 out of 10. Would not recommend.

    We went to Mactan for a wedding and caught a 'Grab' taxi from the airport to the accommodation for about A$15. We had a room with a view to the sea, but could also see the housing of the locals, which contrasted to the fancy hotels - so sad to see the living conditions of locals. The area where we stayed was rather quiet and was safe for walking without too much traffic.
