Luis and his family were so hospitable, the food he cooked us was delicious! The place itself is so tranquil looking over the water. We loved staying here and wish we could’ve stayed longer, it was very chilled and simplistic island life.

truly the best I have ever stayed. If I could rate more then 10, I would to it. Nice location in the caribien jungle, on the island, awesome rooms and food. The owners are very nice and always help you if u need anything.

We had a wonderful time at this place. You are surrounded by jungle. The huts are very cozy and they have everything you need. Jen is the host of this accommodation and she lovingly takes care of her guests. There is a delicious breakfast and she helps you organize any activities you want to do. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. We took a tour through the hotel which was a great day with Alejandro, and it was great value. Manuela gave us great restaurant recommendations. Fred and the rest of the hotel staff were so nice The whole stay was just fantaastic

Punta Rica Lodge is definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed at in Central America. Rooms are very spacious and absolutely spotless (and very well decorated!). Staff was amazing - we got upgraded to a larger room and had complementary pick-up and drop-off to & from the main island. Daniel was extremely nice, gave us very useful recommendations, and he is an outstanding chef. Definitely recommend having dinner there at least once to try his delicious food. Breakfast is included and those were the best avocado toast and pancakes we’ve had in our lives. This place is a must! Very nice swimming pool and common area - with a sea view. Really hope to come back one day!

As soon we get in the home,the fresh smell of woodcraft fill are nose,at this point I know the house willfully are expectation,right over the sea,so I can fish directly from balcony over the sea,the host are simply wonderful, filling all are Need no exception,

My husband and I decided to spend a week in Bastimentos. It is a calm place to stay at. The location is perfect, everything's nearby, and it's right in the middle of Old Bank. The deck is a great place to just relax, chill, read a book, listen to some music or watch the sunset. Even though the kitchen is small, it has most necessary things. When in need of a water taxi, please ask for Maya. He's nice, responsible, and very punctual. Finally, the star of our stay, and the cherry on top were the daily breakfast options offered by Kiosco&Pescador. Eunice was the kindest and her food was the most delicious.
