From the moment I walked through the stunning lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire stay. The staff at the Grand Hotel truly went above and beyond, making my experience unforgettable. Youssef, with his infectious enthusiasm, made me feel right at home with his friendly demeanor and attentive service. Kiecylen was equally impressive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, boasting elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit. Overall, my stay at the Grand Hotel was nothing short of remarkable. It was a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were given a room in a better category than we had booked. The room had everything you could need. All our wishes were 100 percent fulfilled. The food and service in the restaurant was fantastic especially "Arabic lentil soup" and "Butter chicken" were our favorite dishes at dinner. The room was perfectly maintained. Also the hotel area is well maintained. Pools and gym are super! We want to sincerely thank all the hotel staff: administration, reception, room managers, all restaurant staff (Asteria 😊), gym staff and grounds maintenance staff. Very touched by the gift from the hotel before we left. You are a fantastic team! Best regards, Olga & Arturas

We will come back when we travel back to muscat! Everything was super clean breakfast was really good, a lot of different things to choose from. Room was super clean.     First day couldn't find a place to have breakfast in and we ended up searching for a mall and eventually having sandwiches at Starbucks No facilities for fun or family activities No decent restaurant but at malls and mostly expensive No facilities on beaches and the one in the most expensive compound Almouj is a clean beach but no showers or changing rooms or lounges

    PERFECT EXPERIENCE ... will stay again First of all Mohamed property owner is the nicest person I have met, he picked me from airport and dropped me at the airport. from the time of booking he gets in touch with me on whatsapp. Property is 5 mins drive from airport best location possible. Room very clean, nice and tidy, had everything in it required for nice stay. I would recommend 100% this property and especially Mohamed. I will definitely stay again if I get chance. thanks. Everything was good. NO issues at all. very good communication.

    The airport experience was one of the best I have ever had...

    The airport experience was one of the best I have ever had for ease and simplicity to both enter and exit the country. The roads were extremely safe to drive on and our hotel was just excellent. The Chedi even if expensive for some is worth every penny if you are looking for a relaxing location.

    1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out. 2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement. 3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024. Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.

    Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center.

    Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center! There is a lively street food market in the night where you can get great food for low price.
