- From £305.81 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.6Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 295 reviewsWe recently had the extraordinary pleasure of returning to Dwarika's Hotel Dhulikel for the second time, and we can hardly find words to express just how incredibly wonderful our experience was. From the very first interaction, we felt like a part of their family royalty. The staff's warmth and genuine desire to make every aspect of our stay perfect was simply heartwarming. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to make every moment special made us feel like cherished guests. Every corner is adorned with thoughtful details that reflect a deep commitment to providing an exceptional experience. Having traveled to more than 30 countries and experienced luxury accommodations from renowned brands like Jumeirah, Hilton, and Six Senses, we can confidently say that Dwarika's Hotel Dhulikel outshines them all. It's not just about opulence and luxury, although those elements are certainly present. The true magic lies in the personal and sincere experience they provide.Guest review byKamaFrance

The staff, the position, the GARDEN, the museum, the studios, the restaurant, EVERYTHING! If I ever come back to Nepal I would definitely stay here. The staff was extremely helpful with every particular need because we were here for a Nepali wedding. We had many conditions to fulfill. One particular staff member even took us out personally to buy our saris for the wedding. The breakfast was excellent! As were the Caffe lattes!Guest review byLizItaly

You have to say No!
You have to say No! Everyone wants you to buy from them but they are used to being rejected. There are some people wanting to talk to you, often wanting to show you their workplaces etc so they can lure you in to buy their wares. Conversations always start with Hello sir/madam. Which country are you from? However, lovely people and a lo ely place, full of history and religious beliefs.Guest review byColinNew Zealand - 4.0

In Nepal, both inDrive and regular taxi drivers can be tricky. They often charge more than double the normal price. With inDrive, after you receive a booking, they may call and ask for extra charges. If you repeatedly cancel bookings because you’re not comfortable, inDrive may even restrict your account. This caused a lot of trouble for us. I just want to remind everyone to be careful with taxi drivers and always make sure the cost or fare is clearly agreed upon beforehand.Guest review byAnonymousMalaysia - 10.0
"Staying in Patan was like living inside a museum.
"Staying in Patan was like living inside a museum. The blend of ancient temples, artisan workshops, and cozy cafes made every walk special. Patan Durbar Square is breathtaking, especially in the early morning light. It’s less crowded than Kathmandu, yet full of life and charm. A must-visitGuest review byumit - 10.0
Bhaktapur – A Timeless Heritage Gem!
Bhaktapur – A Timeless Heritage Gem! Bhaktapur is an absolute must-visit for anyone traveling to Nepal. This ancient city is like stepping into a living museum, with its well-preserved temples, intricate wood carvings, and stunning courtyards. The Durbar Square is a highlight, showcasing breathtaking architecture and rich history. Walking through the narrow alleys, you’ll find traditional pottery, local crafts, and delicious Newari cuisine—don’t miss the famous Juju Dhau (King Curd)! Unlike the hustle of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur offers a peaceful and immersive experience, making it perfect for history lovers and culture enthusiasts. The city's charm, warmth, and timeless beauty make it one of Nepal’s best destinations. Highly recommended!Guest review byAnandNepal - 10.0

Treekers home provides an excellent accommodation facilities in low cost. Especially, staffs were very helpful and the location of the hotel was also nice. Nagarkot , lovely place to stay there, neighbours and villagers are very friendly, safe and secure. In every morning or evening, we walk around Nagarkot village to Nagarkot sunrise tower through pine tree forest. It has good viewpoints to snowcaps of Hamalia range, sunrise, sunset and community villages in valleys. In Nagarkot, we can have fresh meat, chicken, egg and milks all are fresh and tasty. There are a lot of restaurants nearby Nagarkot but enjoy cooking fresh meals , breathing fresh breeze, so nice of community life there. In some day , visit to Bhaktapur Durbar square by bus, and can go to several sites as day trip. Good to learn Tamang culture. For us, at least we want to stay at least 7 days but we found very late so we can only stay 4 nights. We will definitely come back NagarkotGuest review byMyo - 10.0

It is less filled with tourists than Kathmandu or Thamel and seems to me more authentic. The Durbar square is amazing, as well as the small local temples and stupas. You can find delicious food everywhere, whatever you want, and people are very nice. You can get around on foot, but if you want to go to Kathmandu itself or to Bhaktapur, you can take a car via the Indrive app.Guest review byJuciFrance
