We booked for our last night of holiday , as it is only a short drive to the airport from the property. Our tented cabins were spacious and featured a lovely balcony area . We pre booked dinner , service and menu choice was very good , as was breakfast :) The pool area is rather special as it over looks a waterhole which is visited by animals on the reserve , including giraffes.

The hotel is located in a complex with other restaurants and the rooms overlook a central swimming pool and the main restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful and tended to the needs of guests. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and modern. There was a good selection at breakfast.

Heinitzburg is a beautiful hotel and I would love to stay there again. From driving in to leaving, everything was a positive experience. Unfortunately we missed out on having dinner in their beautiful restaurant. We had a glimpse of the cellar which is unbelievably impressive. Staff were amazing.

Loved everything about it especially the staff the lady at reception Menesia(not sure of spelling) was very delightful, helpful and always cheerful. All the staff members were nice from the bartender to the waiters. Food was good, very clean property.

We’ve been here a couple of times and the stay has always been amazing. The staff is polite and nice, rooms are extremely comfortable and big, with a nice interior design aspect. The bathroom is super and the area were the hotel is seems very quiet. Breakfast is in a coffee shop close to the hotel (super good traditional homemade pancakes)

Super comfy beds, spacious well-equipped rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is well located for both the city and the airport, and wifi worked well (we're digital nomads so had work to do during our stay). Only stayed a night, but we'd stay again.

We spent here the last night/day before the departure. It was the perfect place to stay after checkout to have lunch and to chill on the beautiful terrace. The staff was very helpful & friendly.

This hotel surprised us not only with the smiling and kind personnel but also with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and various breakfast options. But the best of it was a rooftop bar serving original cocktails, hookah, meals, and a sunset view over Windhoek.
