General: Exceptional hotel! For our joint family of 9 we've got 5 double rooms with garden view, close to one another - the rooms are always clean, very well furnished and equipped with everything you need. They were pretty well sound-proof and air conditioner was quiet. Regardless which room you take - the garden view is great from each corner, very exotic. Food: At each meal there's always big choice of meat/fish/veggie/vegan options, to any taste, grilled, steamed, cooked. Fruits were plenty and fresh, desserts of any kind - tartes, soufflé, ice cream, pancakes, jams. Many options of wines and cocktails, rum. The 2 restaurants, besides the one with buffet, are very fine - you should definitely go there too! Activities: The location on Mauritius is much more quiet and relaxed than in the north/west, the nearby beach is both good for swimming and snorkeling (lots of fish in the northern part). The staff also brings cold drinks in a cart right there. The beach is safe and guarded (not that it was ever needed). The hotel offers many free activities each day - boat tours, yoga & pilates on the beach, games (pool, darts, table tennis, beach football), weekly live music & dance shows. Weddings: we were travelling for our wedding, but booked the rooms before knowing that the hotel offers several wedding packages. The managers have promptly helped us organize everything we could have dreamed about! The places at the beach and in hotel's gardens are perfect for ceremony and photos, the arch and flowers could be decorated with flowers of any choice. The organizers Reena and Avinesh were very kind and attentive to our needs, made us many suprises and gifts, that realy made the day most special (many thanks!). They also offered a photographer that was really professional, and we received all pictures after just 3 days and a unique album!

The hotel is on the stunning Belle Mare beach with its long stretch of soft white sand, this boutique hotel offers a perfect mix of romance, calm, and comfort. The atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully designed—especially the beach area, where palm trees and charming smaller trees offered just the right amount of shade over the sunbeds. What truly made our stay exceptional was the service. The staff were genuinely the friendliest we’ve ever encountered, always attentive and incredibly personal in their approach. They remembered the smallest details of our preferences, which made us feel seen and cared for throughout the stay. We especially want to highlight Sylvana, who welcomed us every morning with the warmest smile. She made sure our usual breakfast order was taken care of without us needing to ask—she is very thoughtful, kind and attentive. A big shoutout also goes to Thierry, the beach boy, who was full of positive energy and so helpful. He took care of everything by the beach with the highest standards, making our days by the beach feel relaxed and carefree. Due to an electrical issue in our original room, we were generously upgraded to the Presidential Sea View Suite. This kind gesture by the hotel manager meant a lot to us—especially since we were celebrating our engagement. The upgrade made our stay even more memorable and romantic. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the common areas were tastefully decorated, reflecting the boutique feel of the place. Everything was done with care and style. We felt completely looked after from start to finish, with no worries at all—just pure relaxation. H

The whole place is charming, very different to anything we had experienced before. The tents are huge and beds are comfortable but would have benefited from mattress protectors, The private bathroom beneath the tent is well thought out and equipped. A powerful fan is provided to keep the tent cool at night and the tent has sockets for charging phones etc. as well as lighting. We had the distinct feeling of being completely embedded in nature in a very relaxed setting. The traditional creole meals provided both at lunchtime and dinner are delicious, beautifully prepared and cooked. The bar is well stocked with soft drinks and beers, wine, spirits and local rum. The complimentary boat trip to the île aux cerfs and the provision of canoes for a trip up the river to the waterfalls were a lovely addition to our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

This plase is fantastic. The room was big, well equiped and very clean. But the heart of this hotel is a restaurant. Breakfasts were delicious and plenty to choose from. Dinners were beyond anything I expected. I highly recommend taking halfboard, since the dinners are truly worth the extra cost. I must also say that we were all very impressed by the proffesional and super kind staff. They are very friendly and always checking on your comfort. Even the location of this resort is perfect. They have a boat that takes you on a lovely beach on a nearby island. It's magical. If you travel with teenagers make sure you book a family golf lesson for beginners. First hour is gratis and then if you like it you can book extra lessons. Lots of fun and a great laugh!

Very friendly staff Very good respection and responaibility Hotel facilities were not complicated like bycycle renting , resturant entrance car entrance to parking and exit from parking and ... We lost our room key card and the staff behavier was so relax and peacefull Air conditioner and wifi was excelent Muhammad zohur and all other staff was so kindly.

Beach looks as a paradise cove. White sand and translucide water. Upscale service and very professional staff. The style of the resort is very classic with old fashion rooms decorated with great and genuine materials. The bed is very comfortable. The food is very good and breakfast is perfect.

The service was outstanding, the staffs were very nice, kind, humble. The foods were just delicious. I thank Laguna team from the bottom of my heart. My wife appreciated the surprise birthday cake which were offered from the hotel.At a rating of 10 You were 20/10. Thank you so much.

superb location and the room right on the beach. very clean and very attentive staff, check in. was smooth even though hotel was full. whoever complains about this hotel, they simply mad. keep at it guys.

Brigitte a lady running the place was very nice, kind and helpful. The breakfast was deliscious. We enjoyed the swimming pool during the evenings. The place is located in the calm peaceful area

The resort is gorgeous, the beach is like paradise, the pools are lovely, everything is clean, the food is great with lots of choice, the staff are so friendly and always there to help.

The location, the pool, the view out of the room(deux frere), the kayaking material, the food, the service and the confortable room. We liked it and can recommend it.

The quality of the hotel created a wonderful holiday for us. We didn't have nice summer weather, so the quality of the hotel was very important.
