The room served our need, this is not a luxury hotel but they recieve a "10" due to their exceptional staff! Hassan was great and so helpful! Zaida is not a touristic city, and Hassan helped us with a nice dinner, and even helped us buying some cloths + bargaining with the local shop owners! He was incredible and helped us so much! The breakfast was also superb in a nice terrace.

Everything! Mustapha is such a great host always available to help! The Mustapha Junior in the restaurant with Hasan are such wonderful persons who always strive to help! The location is great for group motorcycle tours and the parking is right in front of the hotel door. Restaurant is so great! Make sure to order special meals before time. Mustapha helped us with getting the right tracks to our off road trips around midelt and I strongly recommend this hotel especially for bike riders!

It's just like staying at your old uncle's house that you love so much. What a great host and family! They welcomed us in the best way possible and we're ready to help with any requests. We went hiking with his son and they provided us with all accessories, like walking sticks and gloves. The village is calm and peaceful and from the terrace you can watch the daily life of the people living there. Moreover the surrounding nature is absolutely stunning. Tajines were very delicious and very abundant. The river makes a perfect white noise to sleep. Thank you for everything!

The hotel is located right by the lake, with no other houses around. Most peaceful place in Morocco I've visited. We were the only guests therefore we had the whole mountain and lake for ourselves. That's a treat. The hotel is brand new (with a history goes way back though), beautifully decorated, super clean and offers 100% comfort. Staffs are extremely friendly, attentive and informative, shared a lot of knowledge and information with us and in the mean time made us feel like home. We enjoyed every minute of our time being here and it was surely an unexpected highlight thoughout our whole moroccan trip. Though it's not right on the touristic route but totally worth it to make a short detour and spend one or two nights here.

Perfect stop on out way from Fes to Merzouga. Nice people, very clean room with a high quality bathroom in comparison to other accommodations we had. Super good and delicious breakfast and only a 5min walk from the vivid village center with street markets

Central location and welcoming staff. Despite I do not speak french, we were able to understand each other and everything went smooth. The staff is really kind and keep making sure everything is ok. We stayed at Vana Hotel in Midelt for one night during our journey from Fes to Erfoud, and it was a wonderful experience! Ibrahim, the receptionist, was very friendly and welcoming, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. He provided us with great tips on how to spend the evening and recommended places where we could buy natural honey and olive oil. The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and perfectly located for a stopover. We highly recommend Vana Hotel to anyone traveling through Midelt!
