- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 548 reviewsWe had a very good time here, everything was perfect! The Riad is located in the heart of the Medina, it is very clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We also had a Moroccan salad on the beautiful rooftop in the evening with great views over Fes. Apart from this we cannot be thankful enough for the great help we received by the guys managing the Riad. We got badly scammed by someone who we paid for a parking spot. When we wanted to leave it turned out that our rental car was impounded. One of the guys from the Riad instantly helped us with everything (pound, police, paperwork). He stayed with us for the whole procedure which took lots of hours until we had our car back. With his help we even managed to find the scammer and get our money back. Thanks again for your help!Guest review byKonstantinosAustria
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 294 reviewsBeautifully restored and tastefully decorated riad in the medina. The staff is amazing, very friendly, professional and giving personal attention. The swimming pool area is beautiful. If you go to Fes in the summer, the swimming pool is a must. The rooms are spacious and decorated with the best local materials, the tiles are amazing. Breakfast has a great selection of local fresh products. We visited other riads in Fes for dinner or lunch but none approached the perfection of this place. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Fes and I already long to go back.Guest review byMugeNetherlands

The moroccan gastronomy is very refined in the beautifully designed restaurant with stunning 360 views of the Medina. Our suite was amazingly gorgeous mixing a traditional stylish design with high luxury comfort. The property is full of magnificent artworks. The breakfast is a delight. The spa pools are the most impressive I have seen anywhere. 5 star luxury at its very best !Guest review byRobertUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 168 reviewsLoved everything about it. The ideal riad. Lovely staff. Nice hammam. Good breakfast. Felt very well looked after and I will be recommending to all my friends and family. The beds were fine but could be improved a little. The water in the shower didn’t drain properly. And the towels were ready for replacement. These small things didn’t impact my experience significantly and overall it was still 10/10.Guest review byJuliaSaudi Arabia

- From £306.76 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 264 reviewsThe feel of this hotel is quite special, it really was an old palace in Fez. They have furnished it with period pieces and they have so many little rooms and areas to enjoy. The restaurant is very worth the visit as is the bar.Guest review byMark ArgarMalaysia

The issue was that I booked accommodation in the old medina...
The issue was that I booked accommodation in the old medina which is a labyrinth. This leaves tourists being constantly harassed by locals trying to scam money from them or deliberately deceiving them about closed streets, etc. Skip Fez and go to Marrakech and Essouira. So much better without all the hassles:)Guest review byRichardUnited States - 6.0
Loved the beautiful artisanal crafts and decor everywhere.
Loved the beautiful artisanal crafts and decor everywhere. Love this place for its connection to history. What I didn’t like was how the people living in the medina would lie about roads being closed, keep trying to befriend you in a fake way do they can lead you anywhere then fight about tips. I also really disliked the obscene tourist pricing in the markets. Artisans and shop kerpers mark up items 4, 5 or more times what the price of the item should be. A lot of deception and trickery when selling.Guest review byAnonymous - 4.0
Same as marrakesh but not as exhausting. Same tip culture!
Same as marrakesh but not as exhausting. Same tip culture! Really off putting for those who do not come from this tipping culture. Would skip Fes if I was doing the trip again… I would have stayed in Ifrane instead.Guest review byKathrynIreland
