Beautiful small hotel - just four rooms - in a traditional Tamil house. Friendly staff, nice pool. Food can be ordered from a restaurant nearby and is then served in the hotel. Great service!

Our room was fantastic. We had a living room area with a big TV and good English channels. There is a large fridge to keep your drinks and snacks cold. A table with 2 chairs for sitting at if working or to use for making coffee or tea with the kettle and mugs provided. A separate bedroom with a large king bed was super comfortable. The mattress was not too hard and the linen was pure cotton. A light duvet is perfect for the temperature. The pillows were 2 per person, 1 king and 1 normal and also so comfortable. We had a good-sized cupboard to hang our clothes, a safe, and an ironing board. The bathroom was en-suite with a good, hot shower, toilet, and basin. The bedroom opened up onto a backyard patio with comfortable benches to sit on if you wanted to be outside but still at your room. The aircon in both the living room and bedroom worked perfectly. They also provide a large umbrella for your use. The swimming pool is lovely, with deck chairs, soft cushions, and shade provided. They also give you swimming pool towels. There is a good-sized gym which we did not use but it looked fully stocked with all the necessary equipment. We ordered room service a few times and the service and food were very good. The actual dining room is fantastic and we enjoyed an evening feasting on a Sri Lankan buffet with loads of different dishes. The staff were all amazing and so helpful. We were able to park our car on the premises where a full-time guard is stationed. They even washed the car for us. It was sad to say goodbye but we loved our stay here in Jaffna.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The night we stayed was very busy and the staff tried their best to provide alternatives for food when the dishes we ordered were out of order. I took my relatives to the hotel and they loved the place and we used all the facilities. I would highly recommend it for family and friends.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect just a short walk to the town center, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. It offers the best of both worlds: convenience and tranquility. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made the stay even more enjoyable. In terms of value for money, it’s outstanding. The experience was honestly better than many of the top rated hotels in town, both in comfort and service. Would definitely recommend and return!

A beautifully decorated and perfectly maintained property including a lovely pool. We were looked after by very attentive staff in particular Janakan who was so kind and helpful. The food was delicious and we will definitely plan to return!

    Jaffna is still an unspoiled and hidden gem of a city. People are super friendly and the city is bustling and easy to navigate. There is a beech just outside the city center which is quiet and beautiful. It was very hot when we visited in july but we did not mind this at all.

    Our time at Delft Beachfront Villa was amazing!

    Our time at Delft Beachfront Villa was amazing! They didn't just offer us a free breakfast; they also organized a tuktuk and a knowledgeable guide so we could explore Delft island. The snorkeling they arranged was fantastic. The spot was beautiful, with clear water full of colorful fish and stunning rocks. we were mesmerized by what we saw underwater. Plus, they have bikes available for guests to explore the island on their own. If you looking for a memorable getaway with great hospitality and exciting experiences, Delft beachfront Villa is the place to go. we highly recommend it for anyone who wants a mix of relaxation and adventure!

The villa itself is impeccably maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The interiors are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with modern amenities (like a fully equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms) that made our stay effortless. But the true star of the show is the outdoor space! The sprawling garden feels like a private oasis, ideal for morning coffees on the patio, leisurely strolls among flowering plants, or evenings grilling under the stars. Our kids loved playing freely in the safe, open area, and we cherished the alfresco dining setup surrounded by nature. Location-wise, it’s a gem—tucked away for privacy yet conveniently close to Keerimalai’s natural springs and a short drive from Jaffna’s cultural sites. The quiet neighborhood added to the restorative vibe, but we never felt isolated. A special shout-out to the host, who was attentive and gracious, offering local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience. If you’re seeking a peaceful retreat with space to breathe, Abi Holiday Villa is it. We’re already dreaming of our next visit! Highly recommended for families, couples, or solo travelers craving serenity. P.S. Don’t miss watching the sunset from the garden—it’s magical!

    Jaffna is lovely city and it’s a shame we didn’t stay longer...

    Jaffna is lovely city and it’s a shame we didn’t stay longer. It has changed a lot since our last visit 7 years ago with a lot more development but a shame so many franchises have opened up. It has a nice mix of tourist attractions and yet maintains its charm as a local area. The Rio ice cream is the best! I wish we had more time to enjoy local cuisine.
