Great hotel, a perfectly clean, quiet, and comfortable room, fast Wi-Fi, and kind and helpful staff. Water and various sundry items are available for sale in the hotel. I recommend, and would stay again! (If arriving from Shymkent by marshrutka, it will pass in front of the hotel, so you can exit before the bus station.)

I was surprised to see such hotel in Taraz, It’s quite and at night you sleep like a rock , it’s very clean, and very comfortable, the rooms are huge and very comfortable, we had all accessories as well, the breakfast was standard for any italian hotels, the coffee was excellent , the staff was helpful and very responsive,Fantastic experience
