JamaicaJack was the perfect host! Would definitely recommend 10/10. It felt as if we were home. We attended a function in silver sands and this location was perfect for our one night stay. Would be back for another short stay.

SwitzerlandVery nice hosts, everything clean, very nice local breakfast and hosts cooked for us in the evenings very tasty food.
Not so easy to find. Small road up the hill from main road. No beach access from house. 10 min walk and 10 dollar entrance fees. Other beaches: take the car. Came for kite surfing but it is not offered anymore in Burwood Beach or anywhere else.
Sometimes water was not working, but not for long.
Hosts were helpful in every situation.

United KingdomI’d firstly like to start of by saying that the hotel resort is absolutely stunning and is taken care of on a daily basis to a very good standard, whilst walking around one night I saw a pool of vomit on the ground ( courtesy of the unlimited cocktails) and by the time I got up for breakfast the next morning, all traces of it were gone!
The cleaning staff and grounds maintenance team were on point!
The hotel had a range of different cuisines which was nice and the fact that one food place was open until very late was a great touch for those of us who were hungry after coming out of the onsite nightclub.
The staff were mostly really friendly and very approachable, I would get several ‘ good morning’ and ‘good afternoon’ when walking around the hotel, which gave the atmosphere a real sense of home and familiarity.
The management team were great, curtious and accommodating, I would especially like to give a shout out to Shanardo Weston, the Guest Service Manager, who went out of his way to ensure that my concerns were heard and promptly addressed.
Overall I was very impressed with the hotel and how it ran, minor issues arouse but I was extremely satisfied with how professionally they were handled.
My family and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!

United KingdomI liked that the front of house staff were so polite and willing to accommodate me. Kimesha and Vickie at the front ask were amazing. I can’t fault our interactions and how helpful they were. I liked that I had good access to the beach and to the pool. There was a good range of options regarding food which was nice.

JamaicaI totally enjoyed my stay at this facility. It's an extremely nice getaway with comfort and style. The furniture inside are all brand new. The bedrooms are spacious and nice with great comfort. It is great value for money and I fully enjoyed my stay.

Everything was good 👍 getting around can be arranged with the host if you don’t have your own vehicle 🚗. You can arrange for food on the property. I do t have young children, but there are beaches nearby. The host can help you get to local attractions.Guest review byAudenUnited States - 8.0

Went for the luminous lagoon whichI thought could be accessed from a beach but was told only through tours 25 u.s. which is not bad but the luminous lagoon was not that impressive and none of your pictures are likely to come out so its a nice experience but don't expect pictures to take away unless you pay the 30.00 for the ones that guide took which were ok at best. we did no buy them. The host was great though. The pool was a bit dirty and a few dead cockroaches around. It was inexpensive and you can get to Dunns river falls pretty easily as well as a few other spots from here. The awful disgusting smell of the fridge that made the entire so-called suite unbearable. Standing water in the bathroom stinks! Asking for every little thing that should have been there is unreal. I stayed at an airbnb in ocho rios and when I got to this location and smelled this place and was uncomfortable I called them to see if that place was still available for me. I enjoyed my stay ,the room was clean the staff were very friendly and accommodating .The view from my room was spectacular and all amenities in it worked,Television, Air condition ,ceiling fan , hot water was in the pipe. Falmouth was not appealing to us, but ok for an overnight stay en route to elsewhere. The approach was industrial and/ or commercial. There is a bustling small town which may have been fun to explore had we got time. The main street, Market Street ended in a cruise terminal where the huge ship dominated the view. There was a poor choice of restaurants near our accommodation which was out of town by a mile or so.
