Everything was excellent. The staff, the room, the breakfast. They covered every detail to make our stay unforgettable. I would really recommend to stay on this hotel and I would definitely would do it again. The locations is pretty good, It was centric but not too crowded so you can walk and there is life in the neighborhood. Its near all the attractions. Do it, book this hotel and you wont regret.

La Gemma has a fantastic location, literally 2min walk from many of the main sights. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful - making us feel cherished and right at home.     I didnt´know what to expect outside of the tower but I really was a big surprise how beautiful the city is. I love the variety of different restaurants and the history. I would absolutely advice people to visit Pisa

    It's a beautiful city.

    It's a beautiful city. Quite confusing to find your way around. Do not get the train, though. You have a bus replacement at Empoli. I'm fluing back from Pisa and taking the bus to Florence, then the train to Pisa. If you're using Trainline beware of delays which then mess up the rest of the journey. Itabus from Lyon is really comfortable but we were delayed and had to book new connections from Turin. Make sure you have at least two hours leeway

    Great place to stay and a lot of history, arts, and culture to be explored. I didn't expect that it is such a nice and beautiful place. Would recommend to everyone, especially the cafes and tavernas. I had not enough time during my stay to see enough of all the places in Lucca - so will be back - hopefully soon.

    Was not impressed with the city and expected more given all the review I read online. My disapointment could be due to the fact I visited in February, so off season. I booked two nights but decided to only stay for one and left early. Even though I booked a room in the central part of the city I did not feel safe walking the streets at night.

    Not very affordable as you need to pay for beach space and extras. Beaches are meant for all to enjoy and be free like in Australia. All beaches are for all to enjoy. Didn’t go once to the beach to swim or other. It’s not a holiday for summer it’s to expensive

    This trip was only a week, but I have stayed here twice before for 3-4 weeks each time. I don't rent a car (but that is a good option). Instead, I use the local buses. The bus to Chuisi is frequent, and from Chuisi you can catch the train to Firenze, Rome, or elsewhere. There are lots of Etruscan museums in the area.

    A really lovely Italian town within an easy 40 min drive or 1 hr train ride to Florence, Pisa is also close as is Siena. A lovely town to use a base to see the rest of Tuscany and to come back to at night. We loved it!

    Arezzo had enough history and sites to keep us interested. The walkable streets, ruins, and churches were easy to get to. There were plenty of restaurants ti choose from, and it was easy to recognize places where Life is Beautiful were filmed. Friendly and peaceful!
