We stayed one night at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The staff were very polite and professional. One of the female staff members took our photo upon arrival to our room without explaining the reason, but later we found out she wanted to prepare a surprise for us. The room was beautifully decorated, and there was a delicious cake prepared for us. All the restaurant staff were extremely professional, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. My wife really enjoyed the massage here, although, unfortunately, they didn’t have a male masseur, so I couldn’t use the massage services myself. The interior, pool, and gym were all excellent and very relaxing

Rooms were spacious and clean. It seemed like a new property and was maintained really well. Exactly as shown is pictures, in fact it exceeded our expectations.     The staff is exemplary, and do everything possible to fulfill your requests. The spa has great treatments. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the whole property is beautifully designed with stylish architecture and extensive outdoor grounds to enjoy time outdoors. There are live performances, sports and play activities for adults and children, and the food in the restaurants is of world class standard. The Japanese restaurant is particularly outstanding. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we had a wonderful stay!

    The city has a few spots that are visit worthy, but rest of it is just a huge village with very poorly designed infrastructure. The roads just flood with tiniest of rain spells and most of the locations would have you fear for your safety during night.

    Loved the proximity to Delhi and Gurgaon. Loved the ability to enjoy nature and still be pampered by all the modern conveniences and amenities. This place is still unspoiled by commerce - so enjoy it before the whole world descends on this area and it is over run my commercial shops and concrete jungles.

    Without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I came for work for two weeks, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more at home than here. From the spotless rooms to the rich and indulgent dining hall, and the service – wow! The staff is exceptionally professional, always smiling and ready to help with anything, putting the guest first at all times. Every little issue I had was resolved instantly. I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but I’ve never experienced such outstanding hospitality. On my last day, the entire staff even surprised me with a personalized cake – just for me. As long as I come to Delhi (no matter where in Delhi), I will stay only at this hotel. A truly unforgettable experience. No need to think twice – this is the number one hotel in all of India!
