- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 991 reviewsI want to point out that we stayed at this location last year, and it was so nice, we returned. The staff go out of their way to make sure that everything is satisfactory and taken care of immediately. A couple of examples... 1. When we arrived, we noticed that the handle of the balcony door was loose. I went down and mentioned it to the front desk staff. Within one hour, the maintenance guy replaced the handle. 2. One evening at dinner, the sous chef came to ask us (among others) how the food was. I told him that everything was good, but the beef was dry . He looked at the slice on my plate, went to the carving station, and had the rest of that roast removed, and replaced with a new one that was not dry at all. Other great things... The food was delicious. Large selections at every meal. There is an open bar serving coffee, soft drinks, beer, and other alcoholic drinks. Pleasant entertainment every evening, singers, acrobats, dancing. The pool area is nice and well maintained. While we did not go into the water, there are plenty of lounge chairs, and a pleasant sitting area with chairs and tables. The room attendants were quick and efficient. Everyone at the hotel is always smiling, saying hello, offering to help. There are always people sweeping, mopping, polishing metal, cleaning mirrors and glass, cleaning the elevators, and so on.Guest review byEzriel
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 671 reviewsI've stayed at hundreds of hotels, but this one definitely takes the cake. It was flawless from start to finish—from the moment I stepped in the door until I left. The room was spacious and chic, consisting of two areas with modern design elements that made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. And the staff was incredible: they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! It was a pleasure to enjoy this hotel and I would definitely recommend it for a business trip or just for a weekend getaway. The hotel is located in a very central area, close to many tourist attractions, like the beach and shopping centers. I found it easy to move around the city thanks to its location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, good facilities, and convenience. Special thanks to the rooms division manager Ms. Revital, she does a great job solving even minor problems that guests can have. I really appreciated her professional and prudent approach to her work; she is really a dream manager for any hotel chain, a manager to learn from. Great breakfast and dinner, plenty of options to choose from, a large diversified pool area, wine, soft drinks, and fruits in the room. Whatever you desire, this hotel has this! My sincere thanks for a perfect stay and I'll definitely be back!Guest review byDmitriEstonia
- From US$442.32 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very good - What previous guests thought, 2,477 reviewsThe hotel is absolutely amazing! The building and its architecture are just WOW, and being right in the center of the city makes everything so easy and comfortable. The lobby in the evening is simply magical, you really feel like royalty there. From the very first moment, the staff at the entrance were so friendly and welcoming, and during our whole stay everyone was super helpful. A special thanks to Ayelet, the main manager, who made our vacation unforgettable with her kindness and hospitality. Breakfasts were fantastic — there was something for everyone, and the cheese table was a real highlight. We also caught some live music performances at the hotel, which created such a nice atmosphere in the evenings. We left with the best impressions, and it truly made our trip unforgettable.Guest review byIrynaUkraine

- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,066 reviewsWe liked all the meals, the pool, jacuzzi and VIP lounge. We were especially happy that the children's club had things that kept all my grandchildren from age 3 to 11 engaged. Eilat is simply a wonderful destination.
Eilat is simply a wonderful destination. On the way, we stopped for a stunning viewpoint at Mitzpe Ramon – a breathtaking stop that perfectly set the tone for what was to come. Coral Beach is an amazing spot for snorkeling – colorful reefs and plenty of fish. We did an introductory dive with Deep Siam Diving School, and it was absolutely worth it. Our instructor, Yaara, was very professional, patient, and taught us a lot about marine life. The Underwater Observatory complemented the diving experience, giving us even more fascinating perspectives on the Red Sea’s underwater world. Our trip to Timna Park was unforgettable – the landscapes, history, and colors are simply breathtaking. My guest from the U.S., visiting there for the first time, was impressed and enjoyed it beyond words. We drove into the park and could easily visit several highlights without long hikes: the Mushroom, Solomon’s Pillars, the Mines, and the Arches. For hiking lovers – don’t miss the beautiful canyons, and with a guide you can even go further into the Eilat mountains. We are already planning to return with the whole family from the U.S. in January, when it’s a bit cooler – because in Eilat the experiences always warm your heart.Guest review byronIsrael - 10.0

We have been many times to Ein Bokek. Love the Dead Sea area. Great walks along the front early in the morning. And only a few minutes walk to the Dead Sea Mall. Aet at Greg's in the Mall. Could do with more shops in the Mall.Guest review byLEONIsrael - 8.0

Overall a great place to stay however front desk had problems communicating in English. In addition request for blankets for star gazing. Request midday not a problem however when time to collect from front desk not only was the request not completed the gentleman was rude and arrogant.Guest review byEdwardUnited States - 10.0
I am biased since I love Arad.
I am biased since I love Arad. This small city above the Dead Sea, with its clean, fresh air, peacefulness and quietness, and amazing Judean Desert views is very special. It soothes the nerves and does wonders for one's health. If you a lover of busy (and noisy) nightlife, this is not a place for you. But if you seek rest, peace, and tranquility, visit Arad.Guest review byKamilaGreece - 2.0
Wow, shocked at how bad this hotel is.
Wow, shocked at how bad this hotel is. I don’t think you can really call it a hotel. Tiny rooms, zero view, very run down. Hotel restaurant has some of the worst food we have ever had and is super expaive. The pool is a kibitz pool shared with residents.Guest review bySageeUnited States - 10.0

We chose Ashdod because it was a short driving distance to the farm where we had volunteered to work. We liked the area where we stayed. Lots of markets and retail places. It was within a short distance from the beach as well. Not much activities per se. An art museum, cultural museum pertaining to the history of Ashdod and a couple of scenic views ( Givat Yonah). Our favorite eating place was on the beach called Petra - great shashukah. We had a car and getting around with the help of google maps was relatively easy. Otherwise, it could be a bit confusing with the many round abouts and complicated street grid. Our favorite spot was the beach and just walking around. A big Russian community there.Guest review byL LugerUnited States - 4.0

Closet town to the airbase ( ceremony event ) thought best to take a hotel for a night , enjoy the airforce ceremony and spend the night in Beersheba then head north the following day. The hotel was so bad I truly considered leaving ! However I had plans to pick up my daughter from a location close by the next morning so i reluctantly stayed the night.Guest review byannickIsrael - 6.0

Eilat is a great place to scuba dive, snorkel, or do water sports. It is also extremely hot. So if your reason for going is to be underwater, I recommend it. If you want to be on land, don't come in the summer.Guest review byP MUnited States
