It's perfect for a day with Family - i definitely recommend the boat ride, which can take 1hour or privately 1,2 or 3 hours. Great for walks/ runs along the river. Playground for kids and park just next to the train station. I had a choice to go to Dublin in the morning with my7 year old to spend time there until the evening (travel back home) or stay in Athy - stayed in Athy and had a great time, the more that my hotel (Market House B&B) kindly agreed for us to keep suitcases in the room so we had 'hands free'. The museum was not open yet but once it will be open it adds another attraction to the visit.Guest review byAgaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

It’s not that it’s unfamily friendly it’s just that you won’t be able to experience all This place has to offer in terms of the spa as children aren’t allowed in and theirs limited days and availability for things happening for kids but it’s sheer beauty of a place is a must seeGuest review bykarenUnited Kingdom - 2.0

Great town, but if you stay here, location not great, ok for an overnight stay, but costly to take taxi to and from the place and hats if they can find it, I had written the Eircode down for the taxi man, it still took two calls to find the place, a better location description would help, I lived in the area many years, if Newhall was mentioned in the description I would have known it was way too far from the town.It is a work in progress, but has a long way to go to before taking guest bookings. Naas town itself is great, enjoyed the shopping, and coffee stopsGuest review byPatricia - 10.0
So central yet atill off main street.
So central yet atill off main street. Its a hidden gem for quietness on tbe one hand then close to all the action of a busy main street and shopping centre. There are no downsides...not in this one. One of Booking. Com bestGuest review byMartinIreland
