Absolutely everything. Imagine the most high class accommodation you could think of- this is it, it exceeds any 5* hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Everything ran like clockwork getting to & from the Villa. The breakfast was truly exceptional, a different Croatian feast every day & to an extremely high standard. We spent a wonderful and relaxing week at Orange Tree House on Sipan. The old stone house has been carefully renovated, has an excellent temperature and is equipped with everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, with plenty of seating in the shade and a great view of the bay. Damir and his wife are exceptional hosts! They live (completely separately) nearby. They respect the privacy of their guests but are very hospitable and helpful if you have any questions. Damir is an excellent connoisseur of the island and even took us on a wonderful boat trip to show us the nearby islands. Thank you also for the extraordinary dinner and the many little greetings from the garden and the kitchen. We are looking forward to our next visit! Sipanska Luka is wonderfully relaxed, the water is crystal clear and there are some nice cafes and places to eat. Tauris stands out as a restaurant. There are also many opportunities for hiking and cycling. The Orange Tree House also has good bikes. We'll do that on our next visit!

Were given an upgrade on arrival .nice surprise .host is a very enthusiastic lady .plenty of info re island too from her .location is perfect if you like peace .local island life and easy going holiday ..extras like different types coffee..dental kit made this feel more like a good star hotel rather than a b and b ..def recommend

It was perfect: location _ 150m to small private beach but a little bit up so view was perfect, very close to the village but hundred meters apart and super quiet. Spacious living room and rooms. Comfy beds. Super clean. Hot water. Ac and wifi ok. Kitchen with all you need. View. And the fantastic host who took care of us in best possible way, so at the end we really missed him like our own grandpa. We want to be back! Apartment is just outside the small village you can easily walk there but we were taken by motorboat from the quay by the bus stop to a small jetty just below the the house. It was very covinient and a nice bonus in mamma mia style. Ivica also helped carry our luggage. The apartment isn't very high, but the help was very convinient especially if you have a lot of luggage. Basically all trip from the ferry to the apt (bus which schedule is linked to the ferry and then boat) was super smooth and fast. Studenac market, cafeterias restaurants beaches are close. Views are fantastic. Thanks for all and hope to be back.
