The manager of the hotel ( Mrs.Alexandra) pay close attention to all guests’ requests and satisfactions. She always asked us is there a problem. She gave information about the hotel and the island. We enjoyed our stay, it exceeded our expectations in every way. Great location, close to the beach, many tavernas and bars across the street. Very nice pool and floating breakfast is a must! Medusa is a pretty good place for vacation stay on the island of Thasos. It really exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is new therefore all facilities and furniture in the room are also brand-new. I had everything at my disposal: fridge, kettle, sink, plates, conditioner, smart tv, etc. The room is comfortable and pleasing to the eye. It is worth mentioning that my room was cleaned on a daily basis. It was side room and the size is bigger than sea view rooms. There is a supermarket next door to the hotel where you can buy food, beverages, souvenirs and all kind of tourist stuff. Also, there is a restaurant to the left of the hotel, I think it is called Souvlaki, where they serve tasty dishes. There is also an option to have breakfast in the hotel which is very convenient. Last but not the least, the host is very friendly and helping, and he is trying to meet the requirements of the most demanding guests. To sum up, I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay on the hotel island of Thasos.

    Amazing hotel and the best staff we’ve met so far in many countries. Starting with the first experience Ralu and Irini from main reception desk which are really helpful and amazing persons to the bar and restaurant staff Takis, Boris and Casey. All of them made an amazing effort to make our stay perfect, from the best coffee to amazing personal cocktails by the pool bar. The hotel is modern, big rooms and balconies, amazing pool and good vibes. Even though on the main street sitting in a sun lounge you barely hear any traffic or noise. Beach is really close so I would say really good value for money.

    I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Potos in Thassos. The sea view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, and I could enjoy it every morning with my coffee. The location is perfect — peaceful, yet close enough to everything I needed. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Thassos.

    We visited this place for the second time and everything was wonderful. The deluxe quadruple room is spacious enough and very well designed. The deluxe properties were located very close to the beach The breakfast and dinner were varied and the food was tasty, as last year. The tavern’s problem with time for preparation of the food was solved this year and the food was really very tasty.

    Limenas is the best location to stay in Thassos especially if you have kids. Everything is near walking distance restaurants and supermarkets. Beautiful beaches. Amazing fresh fish. And if you want to have meat its worth visiting Theologou village where they have lovely restaurants for meat.

    A place to be avoided, small and very crowded. You have everything in one small place, some people may like this, I don't. As a side note, food in all restaurants not as good as years ago in Thassos, I was tempted to say "fast-food style", but fast-food is good compared.

    This location is a gem. Beach is awesome, you can travel to other locations, food is out of this world. Value for dollar is magic. The best food for the least cost. How this can be? The souvlaki at ZIAFET GYROS, GRILL, ruined all souvlaki for me. Their staff is out of this world. Unfair. They made us go back night after night, even when we wanted to try other places. Had to do take out from the other locations.

    Potos is a lively town with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. The beach is large and had sun beds that are usually free with a purchase, and the hospitality staff were friendly and helpful. Potos is a great location and is in near reach to other places, usually around a 10/20 minute drive. It is close to Theologos, Giola and other nice beaches including Notos and Rosogremos (both beautiful beaches). Perfect place to stay with a perfect amount of activity and also quaintness.

    Skala Rachoniou is a nice and quiet, small place. Excellent for vacation and relaxation. Plenty of crystal, cool sea water with exceptional small size beaches located next to each other. Tasty traditional Greek cuisine offered from several tavernas in a close walking distance. Nice bakery located downtown on the main road. Supermarkets available as well. Nice boutique hotels and villas everywhere.

    Prinos is probably the most boring and not so pretty place on Thassos so I wouldn't stay there again even though the appartment we staied in was nice and the hosts were great. Near by there are nicer locations and if you don't mind the view and the village and travel all over the island, Prinos can be a place for just sleeping. It is cheaper to eat out compared to Potos for example. So not too bad, but if you are looking for a pretty Greek village - that is not the one :)

    We chose the place due to the proximity of Golden and Paradise beach since we liked those the most the year before when we were there with the kids (4 and 6 years old). You do need a car but that means that everything you need is not more than 15 minutes away.

    The hosts are really hospitable people!

    The hosts are really hospitable people! Smiling, communicative, with a sense of humour! The room is always clean and not far from the accommodation you can find the best restaurant - Armeno! 2 minutes from the accommodation there are shops where you can find anything if you need something. You can take the best photos ever - sunrise and sunset - on the right of the terrace is the sunrise and sunset, on the left you can see the appearance of the Moon behind the mountain. In front of you in the distance you can watch every day the well-defined outlines of Mount Athos. There are fun travels by boat, beach parties nearby, but in the vicinity you can feel the silence and relax well, really well. Near the place there are three beaches in a walking distance, although the best one is Atspas Beach. But by car you can reach many other beaches within a distance of around 6 to 10 kilometres. You want to go there again and again and to stay longer and longer!!!

    Ideal for quiet and peaceful vacation.

    Ideal for quiet and peaceful vacation. Small place yet it has everything one might need. I did not see any pharmacy, though. I would highly recommend small beach and the Bikini beach bar. Good food at Faros snack bar. Relaxing atmosphere and good service
