Nice hotel on top of the hill, ~15 minutes walk to city center, beautiful jacuzzi in the room. You can call a golf car from the hotel situated at the start of the hill called also Avaton, especially if you have luggage. Nice staff. Good breakfast with a beautiful view near the pool. The room is so big with all you will need. There is a supermarket down the hill, also you can walk to the beach.

Absolutely amazing hotel. We really enjoyed our short stay. The views from our room and general from the hotel were stunning. The pool was great and too clean. The staff was friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that would like to enjoy Skiathos.

This is an amazing brand new hotel. Impeccably clean, very comfortable bed and a refreshing small private plunge pool just for us. The property also has large main pool, and is located just in front of an amazing beach. Really happy we discovered it and will be coming back for sure!

Our room was in a perfect position right by the pool, very peaceful. Maybe not for everyone but we never felt overlooked or lacking privacy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic, the two big asks for any hotel stay. The room was spacious and well equipped, perfect min every way. All of the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, so friendly every single day, from George on reception, Nikos and Nik on the bar and the lovely waitresses in the restaurant, cannot fault them. They were all amazing and a credit to the place. Location was perfect, a minute to the beach with lovely tavernas to choose from and a short stroll into town. A perfect week, and would 100% recommend.

The room was very nice with high quality furniture and design. The view is amazing and very relaxing. Even better than the photos.     This Unique Hotel Has it All .... Wonderful Sea Views/Wonderful Outside Areas to swim/sit soak up the sun/beautiful views. Taverna/Poolside Bar. Selection of Common rooms. I have Visited/Stayed Three Times at The Atrium (pre Covid Restrictions) Have loved it ever since my first visit ... Big Shout Out to The Staff at The Atrium....Dionysus and The Team Obviously since my last visit there are lots of new faces "to me". The Office Staff/Restaurant/Taverna/Catering/ Bar/Porter and Ground Staff all. They are very all welcoming, obliging, helpful. (trained and well chosen staff) .............................. Selection of Room Choices: Our Superior Twin Stunning Sea View Room The beds were super comfortable meaning we slept well indeed. Furnishing, fitments were all very "on trend" minimalistic but accommodating every need. The en-suite was "very slick"...once again "on trend" allowing you to freshen up/shower/great mirrors for shaving/applying make-up. Our rooms were cleaned daily.....fresh towels and linen where needed and when asked for. Great service given by the cleaning lady...Thanks ................. Breakfast was available over a long period for those who are not early "eaters"/"risers". Breakfast Buffet included a large, good quality selection of choice food/breakfast items. From breakfast cereals.... croissants and a range of bakery bread rolls/sliced etc... Toasting machine Salad items with hams and chesses. Cooked Breakfast items : A selection of hot traditional Greek pies which l can personally say were delicious. Yogurt that you could add your own "fresh fruits"/nuts/dried fruits...too. The "usual choice of breakfast drinks" were available...with different variations available. A Range of Teas/Coffee's....

    Close to the city centre and all the main beaches, the hotel is very well located. The room and housekeeping were excellent, but what really set this hotel apart is the personal touch of the staff. Alexandra in particular was very friendly and attentive, taking care of all our needs and wishes. I cannot praise her and all the staff enought for their exceptional service. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for an hotel experience with staff who are truly second to none. Thank you again and see you soon. 😁

    Really nice small cozy family hotel in a quiet area of Skiathos, with all top-rated beaches neaby. Very clean (and cleaned regularly), aircon, anti-moskitos nets. Owners also opened a bar this year on a terrase, so you can have famous greek coffee fredo or another drink anytime. Supermarket and a few tavernas - 5 min from the hotel Comfy beds and pillows.

    So much to see and do. Boat trips , bars, restaurants, shops, ferries etc. One bus stop from airport at 3 euros cost! Maybe not for you if you want to be on the beach every day though we did the water taxi to Tsougrias beach one day and the bus to vrommonilos beach another day.

    This is a spacious and well thought out property . Gorgeous interior and everything thought about from the use of space , seating area/breakfast bar and kitchen with a really large balcony. The bed is very big and extremely comfortable, if I had one criticism it would be that I could hear our neighbours shower or use of their hairdryer but this was only something minor. Excellent property and value for money in a beautiful location , 10 min walk into Skiathos town but if you don’t fancy the walk some beautiful tavernas on your doorstop , would 100% stay again and recommend.

    This is a lovely, fairly quiet area which is exactly what we wanted. There are plenty of bars if you need them and very good bus services if you want to go further afield. The beaches are wonderful and everyone was super helpful and friendly.

    Very relaxed.

    Very relaxed. Good selection of restaurants and pool bars for such a small place (largely one road with a mini market, restaurants and accommodation along it). 2 well known restaurants; Infinity Blue and Crazy Rooster. Lesser known is Argento which is a fantastic pool bar and restaurant. Xanthi pool bar is also great, with super friendly owners. Lovely beach with warm, shallow and clear waters (visited in August). Boat hire, pedalo, SUP and kayak hire available from the beach. A very popular beach bar called 'The Beach House' and Handy bus stop nearby for easy access to other beaches e.g. Aghia Paraskevi and Troulos, restaurants and Skiathos Town.

    Koukounaries is really just a single (quite busy) road that runs behind a lake from one end of the Koukounaries beach to the other. The beach itself is fine golden sand with lots of facilities (loungers, boat and pedallo hire, bars and cafes), there is also public toilets in the centre of the beach ( a rarity in Greece) and is about 1km long. It gets very busy during the day. Access is easy as there is a regular bus from Skiathos town that stops along the road. There is also a Water Bus boat service from Skiathos town harbour ( cost E7 each way PO). There is also a car park at the Western end of the road but it does get filled up early. The main road is home to numerous bars, restaurants, hotels and apartment blocks and two small supermarkets. There is a small scruffy section in the centre of the road where there is a derelict hotel and apartment block that needs tidying up. For those who like there beaches more stripped back there is also 4 or 5 beaches on the northern section of the peninsula within a 20 or 30 minute walk from the road. You can walk along the shore of the lake but you cannot easily walk all around because of thick vegetation at the eastern end.

    Loved Troulos, quiet but plenty of taverns within walking distance, nearby supermarkets, lovely beach within walking distance. Close to bus- stops at all the beaches along coast, nothing not to love!! Can’t wait to return!!

    Achladies beach is lovely sandy beach with a couple of bars and eateries, the octopus which has fav food and Mojo which is a local bar with food. There are sunbeds and you can get a water taxi to skiathos town and back every half hour. There is also a supermarket nearby and a bakery. The supermarket will deliver your goods of over 25 euros which is a great service. It also has water sports and is lovely for a swim

    First of all this accommodation is far from being 5 stars. Rooms have not been renovated for years, the bathroom is so old and full of mold, needs an urgent upgrade. The hotel does not have a fitness, you have to go to another hotel if you want to use it. We booked a Suite with Sea View but upon arrival they told us it is no longer available and they give us another room for the first 3 days then we can move to the one we booked. Staff was very nice at first, but then they ignore us and not answering the phone or messages. Unfortunately, we had to leave 2 days earlier because of terrible news, my husband’s dad passed away. They didn't do anything to partially refund us. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs.

    This is an excellent hotel, where we have stayed overnight on a number of occasions. It gives terrific value: superb location, great food, comfortable rooms at a very good price. But what makes it truly outstanding is the friendliness and helpfulness of the people who run it. They always make us feel very welcome.

    One of the Perfect Greek Island Getaways Skiathos is an island that combines beautiful beaches, vibrant nightlife, and authentic Greek charm. The island is very easy to explore by car or scooter, and parking is generally convenient.
