I recommend this wonderful place! Starting from the lobby and the interior yard which is fully covered in bougainvillea so it is great for having a cup of coffee in the morning or sitting at any time of the day. :) The room was bright, VERY CLEAN (everyday cleaning!), and very well equipped so you have everything you need plus there is a terrace with a wonderful view. The beds are super comfortable. The staff welcomed us kindly and managed to prepare our room even before check-in time, as requested. The location is 10 minutes from the port, going just straight on flat ground so it is easy to arrive even if you have luggage. Also 10 min from the city center and along the way there are many restaurants, shops and car rentals. Once I come back, I will for sure choose Ayeri again! :)

We had an exceptional stay at Salt Suites Paros! Exceptional service - The hotel manager (Michaelis) and his staff immediately make you feel at home the second you arrive at the hotel. They also go the extra mile. Unfortunately, during our stay, my wife fell ill. Michaelis prepared a special soup for her and also made an appointment with a nearby doctor for us (while first asking our preferred time). Michaelis and his staff also gave us a lot of recommendations for places or restaurants to go to on Paros or on the next island that we were going to visit (Crete). Room & amenities - We booked a room with Seaview and balcony. The room was very spacious, the materials were of high quality and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities of the hotel are very good. The gym is small, but has everything you need to get a good workout in. The pool is well designed so that it blends in with the patio of the hotel. Breakfast - The breakfast is very good. It has a wide variety of cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruits, breads & pastries, or yoghurt toppings. Location - The beach in front of the hotel is clean, has very clear water, but is small. If you're looking for a bigger beach (we didn't prefer that), there is one less than 5min walk away. The charming fishing village, Naousa is only a 10min walk away and 5min from the hotel there is also a winery (unfortunately, we did not get to visit that one. Travel to the hotel: The hotel asked us if we needed a pick-up service at the ferry, but we decided to book a rental car. The hotel is easy to find and has ample parking spaces on the street (very low traffic on the street). We can't wait to go back!

We had a lovely stay in Akria Seaside Suites. Vangelis and Elpiniki were both wonderful hosts, always kind and available to assist with any request. Thank you both. The suite was large and with plenty of light, tastefully decorated and organized, with two pleasant balconies over the sea. The shower is absolutely amazing and worths a special mention, for the space itself and for the fabulous water pressure it has. Every surface was perfectly clean on a daily basis. Akria Suites is located in a very calm spot of the town, right close to a lovely seaside bay, where I could not resist diving into, before coming back to the room after the day activities in Paros. It distances a pleasant 10 minutes walk from the busy center of Naoussa. While having nothing to object regarding the ordered breakfast - which is fresh, delicious and enough for breakfast and beach lunch - I really would like to encourage Akria to prepare and serve its own breakfast in house (instead of ordering it from outside), because it seams very close to achieve it. Akria already offers for free a wonderful variety of fruit, coffee, tea, fresh bread, cake and pastry. If you could just add to it the delicious orange juice you serve (with the ordered breakfast) and a table of cheese and ham, it would be more than enough for having a very good breakfast, turning unnecessary the cost and logistic of ordering it. I leave it as a positive suggestion. I hope to comeback one day and I highly recommend Akria to all those visiting Naoussa.

The Jewel of the Aegean

Known for its fine white marble used in many ancient sculptures, the beautiful island of Paros is a popular tourist destination with golden sandy beaches, charming fishing villages and archaeological sites.

White houses, blue sky and picturesque alleys characterise Parikia, the capital of Paros. Guests staying there can enjoy lively nightlife, excellent accommodation and fine local food. Built during the 4th century by St. Helen or Constantine the Great, the imposing church of Ekatontapyliani (the Church of 100 Doors) is the oldest in Greece.  

Located in the north-eastern corner of the island, the small town of Naousa is an ideal place to savour fresh fish and admire the authentic old fisherman’s houses. The nearby beach of Kolimbithres is very impressive thanks to its small sandy coves and transparent, blue waters.

Overlooking the sea, the mountainous village of Lefkes is situated amid hills with old windmills. You will love the traditional small taverns, pristine alleyways and neoclassical buildings of this small village.

    I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and I am really impressed and positively surprised. Unfortunately, I cannot understand all the negative reviews. You are given a very warm welcome by the receptionist Anastasia and everything is explained and shown to you. I had a room with a direct sea view and it was just wonderful to wake up in the morning and look directly at the water. The room was good and very clean. The breakfast is very good and extensive, there is something for every taste, whether sweet or salty. The restaurant in the hotel is really delicious and highly recommended. The staff in the restaurant are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I also had the honor of meeting the owner of the hotel in person. A really impressive man, as he built the whole hotel from the ground up. All in all, I had really nice 3 days in this hotel and will definitely be back soon.

    I loved everything about the hotel, but the best part of it was its staff. The lady managing the hotel was wonderful. She went above and beyond to accomodate me and my children. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with such kindness and care I have not experienced before in a hotel. The room was clean and comfy, it was cleaned and maintained every day. The pool area was lovely to hang out, we spent hours there. The location of the hotel is out of the crowds, it is a calm place to spend relaxing holidays. I hope to go back one day and I really recomend the place.

    The hotel is set in beautiful gardens that roll gently down to the sea. We had a lovely suite with double room and balcony over looking the sea and the pool plus a sittingroom with kitchen and a second balcony. This hotel is calm and relaxing. Breakfast is very good with a great selection of hot and cold foods. We had dinner on our last evening, the food and the service was a real treat. The staff are very friendly, attentive and very helpful! Great team.

    Very nice hotel with a vintage vibe perfectly mixed with modern amenities. It has a swimming pool, open between 8AM-4PM. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. About the room, just about right size, clean and comfy beds, private bathroom. Even though the hotel is just beside the main road, once the room is noise-proof. From Paros port it’s about 15mins walk to the hotel.

    This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The location is amazing, the pool and restaurant are fab, as is the spa (special mention to Elvita for two amazing massages!). Wonderful breakfasts and great cocktails! It is the staff however that deserve the biggest mentions of all, they are truly wonderful, every one of them. Thanks for such an amazing week!

    We had such a lovely stay! At first we wanted to cancel this stay because of my broken leg, but everybody was so kind and willing to help all the time. They even changed my room to room without any stairs as soon as they found out about my leg to make everything easier for me. Good location and reasonable price . Definitely recommend this place!

    It is beautiful particularly the old town.

    It is beautiful particularly the old town. The local buses are easy to use. A day trip to Anti Paros is a must. Something to note is you can only buy tickets on the Anti Paros boat itself not at the port.

    Naousa is a truly gorgeous part of the world. It caters for absolutely everyone…..food, shopping, beaches, fun, relaxation and lots of great people to meet. Visit the magnificent beaches that can be found all over Paros. Antiparos is a must. Take a drive around the island to discover its hidden secrets. Best thing to do….a boat trip with Michael Zeppos Tours. It was one of the best things I’ve ever done on my world travels over many decades.

    Aliki is a small Greek fishing village on the southwest coast of Paros. There are several open air restaurants right one the water, and most of the clientele appeared to be locals and their families. The food was typical Greek fare. There are two nice beaches and the village is only 10 minutes from the Paros. airport.

    A small settlement and lovely, quiet sandy beach with a couple of excellent tavernas, with more a short walk away in the delightful little fishing village of Piso Livadi. Great bus service on the island, with stops at Logaras, so good for getting round the island.

    Beautiful nearby beaches.

    Beautiful nearby beaches. You must rent a car to go beach hopping - we usually visited 2-3 beaches a day. They are all close. There are buses too if you do not want to rent a car. Great food, friendly people, relaxed environment. Loved everything about it and it was a plus to be able to drive to nauossa for dinner - very close and easy to get to from piso Livadi.

    The town is really nice.

    The town is really nice. It has a little of everything you would need for a getaway on a Greek island. The grocery store is nearby, public transit terminal is located here so access to the rest of the island is possible and easy. There are a number of little restaurants, cafes and shops you can look through and enjoy. I wish we had more time to spend and walk through the town but the time we spent was great. There is a small park by the bus stop if you have kids and want to entertain them for a bit. The beaches are nice as well and you have a choice to stay put or explore the area.

    Very cute and for one part well lit place where we felt safe as women (and otherwise we had our car with a free parking right next to the hotel). The greek people were very nice and welcoming, the other tourists were also pleasant (there weren't any annoying loud, drunk or destructive tourists), the area is very clean, there are a bunch of very tasty restaurants with (for the most) reasonable prices and there's a gas station nearby. The supermarket has everything one needs and I'm convinced that this might be the most beautiful place on the island. Since we had a car, I don't know how it works with public transport, but I haven't seen many.

    small holiday villlage, with a tiny port, a tiny church, some restaurant, hotels and holiday houses. Sadly no minimarket, the nearest one is in the outskirts of Naousa. The taverns are good, though. With tables directly on the sea and lower prices than on the rest of the island

    This is a beautiful area, though quiet and with limited dining options. Great beach (Golden beach) with good service and reasonable prices. For a relaxed stay without lots of tourists, this is a good place. You will have to take a bus ride (1 hour) or drive from the main port in Paros to get to this less visited part of the island. It's what we wanted and we loved it.

    This is a large complex of camping, small economy pods and concrete bungalows in pretty gardens. Very basic accommodation but adequate. There was a swimming pool and loungers that looked pleasant, although we didnt stay long enough to use it. It was great value for money for a short stay or for families who dont mind being outside of the main towns in Paros. The whole place is tired and in need of refurbishment but it was clean and tidy mainly.
